UPDATE August 2025: I originally shared this in early Summer after only a few classes at ITF. Now I’m 24 classes in and I can safely say joining Iron Tribe has easily been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love my ITF family and wouldn’t even think about joining another gym! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. All of the coaches are so encouraging and there’s a great team atmosphere at the gym. Despite being fairly new to weightlifting and pretty out of shape, the coaches still take their time to work with me, encourage me to push harder, and help me nail my form. All of the gym members too have been so so friendly. I’ve only been in three or four times but every time I’ve made a new friend and been cheered on by total strangers. 10/10 would recommend ITF to ANYONE looking to get in shape, no matter their skill level!memly

It becomes your family. It’s not like box gyms with a lot of equipment ( nothing wrong with that if that’s your style) but the group workouts are great, coaches are awesome and it becomes a community. The three Memphis gyms compete against each other throughout the year and it is fun! Everyone pushes each other and if there is a movement you cannot perform there is always a modification. I myself am a personal trainer but I have a rule I don’t workout where I work! No one judges you! Everyone is there for the same reason! To stay fit, healthy and have fun! It is a tribe you want to be a part of always!

I love Iron Tribe Fitness! Been a member only since a month and have never been more motivated in life to work out everyday and get in shape. John Irvine, Chris Craver and all the instructors are phenomenal. Even during this difficult time of COVID -19 lockdown, ITF went above and beyond to come up with innovative ways of keeping the members engaged with nutrition challenge, Live workout sessions on FB and Zoom, Bingo challenge!
