😀 - Lovely, amenable staff. Great room with kitchen space. And a fabulous location for walking in to York, which took me less than 10 minutes. 😞 - My only criticism is that while the kitchen is very well equipped, it lacked cleaning equipment and the means to dry anything up.

😀 - Great location, beautiful surroundings, easy walk to the city centre and station. Comfortable facilities. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I could also leave my bag before having to catch a train later that day.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff. Rare to find parking in this area so this was well worth the add on. Thank you, do not think twice if you want to come to York and feel like a local

😀 - Very well placed for walking into town. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. 😞 - Standard double room quite small. Very little room between bottom of bed and wall which television was mounted on. Very easy to stub toes or bruise shins while trying to manoeuvre around bed. Car park charge expensive at £18 per night for an unsecured back yard

Spa and wellnessI booked a massage with Pernilla . I was more than ready for the relaxation element. The room is set in a beautiful chalet with a lovely ambiance.The whole experience was wonderful and I really felt the benefit of her skill in finding the knotty muscles and relaxing them. I felt very refreshed afterwards.A fantastic experience for my physical and mental wellbeing!
