😀 - Great location, lovely comfortable bed 😞 - We could hear people walking overhead as the floors are old and a bit creaky.( Our room was in the basement) Not a massive problem but as a light sleeper I could hear it in the earlymorning

What a great find! A truly welcoming and friendly team, beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast and a great location. Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, professional and efficient. Our room was beautifully decorated, well equipped, super comfy bed, spotlessly clean and very well maintained (and I am a perfectionist!). Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. Overhearing guests on the next table, they were pleasantly surprised with the ease their dietary requirements were dealt with. We could walk into town in minutes, yet the hotel is in a quiet location. Just lovely vibes in the whole place and we felt properly able to relax as we felt entirely welcome. The advertising about making guests feel welcome and at home, is entirely accurate. Highly recommend and will be back as soon as we can escape the kids again!!

😀 - We had the most lovely new years break! There’s good parking, the staff are amazing and we immediately got an upgraded room on arrival. We did two hot yoga classes, both were fabulous and we so enjoyed our extra big room with a bath. The beds are incredibly comfortable, didn’t want to get up! We did the hot tub one night as well and that was loads of fun! The hotel is a couple minutes walk from the city and our views were amazing. Would def return in the future!

😀 - This place is lovely and clean really nicely decorated and fixture and fittings top notch the bed and pillows were so comfy. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great we had full English very tasty! There was quite a few things to choose from the menu. There is parking on site at an extra cost. I suggest you get there early to get a decent parking space we arrived late, however the owner of the property did manage to squeeze us in. It's literally a 10-minute walk into town and the York minster. So it's in a great location. This place gets five stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😞 - Everything not one complaint

This hotel has such a lovely homely and cosy vibe, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room was extremely spacious and very comfy beds. Breakfast was additional £8 which we'd recomend.
