i joined the the October challenge and have now joined up i have had so much support and help and have noticed changes i feel much more supported and encouraged to push myself than other experience's in other gyms would highly recommend the team are amazing

Brilliant place to go to get fit, lose weight or tone up. The trainers are brilliant and work with you if you have any injuries. It's just half and hour 3 or more times a week. I started seeing the result after the 1st week. Highly recommend.

I've never found an exercise or sport that I've enjoyed but I am having a good time with West Leeds Fitter Bodies. They are supportive and we can laugh along the way. The 30 minute classes are just long enough so that you feel you have done something good, and it doesn't put you off. I look forward to going!

I am into my second week of the challenge and loving the results so far. The team are so friendly and supportive and encourage you in every session. Its only 30 minutes and goes so quick, each day is different so you never get bored of the same exercise either. Highly recommend!!

Been coming here for almost 6 weeks now and can't believe how much I'm enjoying it. It's such a positive atmosphere to be in, not intimidating like a lot of other gyms I have joined in the past. The classes are challenging but good fun and the trainers are great at pushing you when you need it. Can't wait to see what the next 6 months brings 🥳
I joined almost 6 weeks ago and it's the first time I have actually been able to enjoy going to the gym and stick to it. The trainers are all extremely friendly and helpful and now exercise is something that I enjoy and look forward to rather than feel anxious about. absolutely amazing group of instructors, they make you feel so welcome and are extremely knowledgable. the classes are so fun and varied, you dont have time to get bored. ive noticed such a difference in my strength in a short space of time. the 6 week challenge is fantastic value for money and they cant do enough to help you along the way! highly recommend

Almost half way through the 6 week challenge and already seeing results. The classes are different every time and work every part of your body. Trainers are so supportive, knowledgeable and welcoming! I never thought I’d say I look forward to working out but am really enjoying it!

New to this gym, but loving it so far. Lots of variety to the exercises and really supportive in helping with the exercises. I also have an injury and everything has been adapted well. Recommended :)

since starting with them I have felt better in my self and finally l felt the need to push my self. thanks to the support of the trainer's..but also they do different workouts each time which I love. I have tried many different things to lose weight and get fit. but soon failed. but with them I feel driven and supported.

Love it here! I love how the exercises change every session and that I work my whole body out. The coaches are all so friendly and helpful and willing to adapt a station to individual needs. I will be enquiring about membership after the 6 weeks is up.
Been going to boot camp for over a year now. The half hour sessions make it easy to commit to. I'm feeling so much stronger with improved posture 😊. Advice always on hand with alternative exercises should anything be a bit of a struggle. Everyone is welcoming and there's no judgement, just encouragement. Simply love going 😃

I’ve always been into fitness and going to the gym, however, nothing pushes me as much as these classes. There is so much encouragement and support and I really enjoy coming. The trainers push me more than I push myself and that shows in my strength compared to when I first started. Thanks guys!

I've been going here since April 2023, and it has really helped not only my body be healthier but my mental health too. The classes are literally like little communities, everyone is so welcoming, the help is brilliant & the staff really push you. Love it!

Really friendly and welcoming team! The classes are quick but really effective making it easy for me to fit them into my busy life. There are lots of options for classes both morning and evening and you can book on/book off easily making it really flexible. I have really enjoyed the classes and everyone has been so lovely and supportive.
It gives you an amount of time to focus on just you and your goal. It gives you motivation to achieve in just a few weeks, and can prove to you what you believed impossible. Only you can do it 'if' you are prepared to put the work in. The PTs are the best! I've been here for 2 years now and never regretted a moment.

Not like your usual gym/boot camp! I have been a member for just over a year. The 30min workouts are perfect for me and having trainers who care about my progress is the winner for me. All are very approachable and they always give me the push needed to reach my goals.
Brilliant gym! In the past i have done gym memberships, Personal trainers and nothing has worked. Coming here you have constant support physically and mentally. You have 4 amazing trainers who keep their eagle eye on you to make sure you are getting the best out of your workout. It is only 30mins and you feel so much better for going 💪

Can’t recommend West Leeds Fitter Bodies enough!! Since starting in January 2023 I have lost 2 and a half stone and I couldn’t have done it without all the amazing trainers!!! They are so supportive and so professional!

Absolutely loved my first few weeks at booty. All 4 coaches are amazing & really help to push you out of that comfort zone (not so much that you don’t return though 😉). Cannot wait to continue my journey with these guys and see how far I can push myself.

Never thought I'd enjoy the gym again, however this is the place has converted me. The 30 minute classes means I'm not taking hours out of my day. its such a friendly atmosphere & the staff are fabulous too.
Really like the place. Fab trainers they are good at pushing you and making the sessions really worth it. Ample off street parking and a good training atmosphere as everybody is friendly.

I am loving my 6 week challenge, it has kick started me getting into shape and fit again. It is so different to the usual gym and classes experience; it's better! After a 30 minute session you are left exhausted but feeling great. Weekly weigh-ins and measurements help you stay on track and boost your confidence. Highly recommend this amazing team.

Louise and the team are very supportive and it's great being in a judgement free space rather than a gym which I find quite intimidating. Would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness but also get into good habits.

4 weeks into the 6 week challenge. Great atmosphere with fabulous trainers. You don’t need to know anyone as you’ll meet plenty of people. You’re in and out in just over half an hour and the job is done because when you leave you know you’ve worked hard.

Joining West Leeds fitter bodies challenge was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve lost lbs and inches but have also seen many health benefits. My back is stronger. I’m no longer at the chiropractor every week. I have more energy and sleep better. The best benefit though is the lovely people you meet. No one judges you. We’re all there trying to do our best.

I've joined doing their 6wk challenge and it's amazing! Making such a different day to day but also my mental health. The trainers are brilliant, they push you, they guide you, they advise you and know when to up your weights too 🥵 Overall I am loving it and I can't wait to continue my WLFB journey.
Loving the challenge! it's 100% made a massive difference to my day to day life, not only my fitness but mental health too. Being pushed to try different things, moving up weights etc is brilliant and it's only a 30m class! Keep it up - love it!
I've been doing the 6 week challenge, I'm 4 weeks in and love it so far. I've met some lovely lasses, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The personal trainers know exactly how much to push you so you get the results you need. I can already see my body changing shape after just a few weeks. Defo 5 stars from me :)

I joined WLFB four weeks ago, I have never enjoyed exercise so much. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I can already feel my body is so much fitter and I can move so much more than I did before. The classes are fun, a good mixture of strength and cardio and really engaging. I would recommend 100%.

There was no doubt in my mind I'd sign up to stay on at the end of my 6 week challenge - it went too quickly! And even though it's hard, the sessions are quick, the team is great and very supportive, and even when I think I can't be bothered, I find myself making sure I do at least 3 sessions a week! (If you know me, you're as surprised as I am!) Thanks bootie team!
I've never done anything nearly as physical for more than 15 minutes before giving up, and then I joined bootie in Jan23 and 4 months later I'm hooked! The team are great, so supportive and it's fun (hard work obvs, but it goes so quick) and today I RAN back to the car for something just because I could 😂 (this has never happened before!)
Joined the 6 week challenge hoping to get back into exercising. Everyone is lovely and welcoming, making you feel at ease. I have dropped a dress size within the first few weeks and I am enjoying exercise again!

I joined in October 2022 and have been at least 3 times a week since (now mostly 4). I’d never have thought I would stick to something like this so consistently however the classes are varied the support is great and the sessions are just the right length to keep you motivated. Would highly recommend!

I have taken part in the latest 6 week Challange and have absolutely loved it. I was nervous about getting back into fitness and attending a gym. I needn’t of worried and thought about it so long. Louise, Connor, Leah and Richard are fantastic and made me feel so welcome and have given me my motivation and confidence back. I will for sure be staying on and would highly recommend. Thank you 😊

I have never been a fan of gyms but decided to do the 6 week trial. It’s been life changing for me, as a woman of a certain age weight loss and fitness was a constant battle. I’ve rejoined after 3.5 years away. I’ve tried going back to the gym and it just wasn’t for me. I’ve been made to feel so welcome coming back and the support on the sessions has increased. It’s great to be back and I know my health both emotional and physical will massively improve.

I’m 3 week into the challenge and would advise anyone to join up. The workouts are hard but you get results. There is a warm friendly atmosphere and you get expert advise. Really enjoying the whole experience

Really pleased I joined WLFB it's such a supportive environment and the trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. A variety of exercises at each session and they can be adapted depending on your ability. It's a winner for me and I'm seeing the results too.

I have thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the 6 week challenge. There has been no other class I have looked forward to attending each time like this one. It’s a lovely supportive environment, with people all different shapes and sizes, if anyone feels nervous about joining, you won’t be for long. I have vastly improved on my fitness since starting.

I’ve recently joined West Leeds Fitter Bodies on a 6 week challenge. I can honestly say I’ve absolutely loved it. I’m just coming to the end of a 6 week challenge and it’s been fab. I’m already starting to feel a difference. The classes are just 30 mins which is perfect for me and I always leave with a spring in my step for the day ahead. I’d not exercised for 15 years so was nervous. Completed a challenge in July and stayed on as a member since then. Love how the trainers know your name and greet you personally every session, tailoring training to individual needs too. Not like any other gym I've been to. Loving it and would recommend to anyone.
Fantastic place to train! I joined on one of the 6 week challenges to kickstart my strength training (as hadn’t done much since pre Covid) and have now signed up to be a member! Really supportive environment (regardless of ability) and great staff!

Joined a challenge over a month ago. All the trainer's are friendly and well informed. The experience has exceeded my expectations and I would warmly recommend them.
I've been wanting to improve my fitness for a while, but find gyms very daunting. I saw this challenge and decided to give it a go. A very friendly environment. Lots of support and encouragement in small classes. It feels like having a personal trainer without the high cost of personal training!
Great place to train. Everyone is friendly and make you feel welcome. The trainers encourage & motivate you to reach your personal goals. You feel part of a team & everyone is in it together. Would definitely recommend it
Loving the enthusiasm I have found for getting fit and loosing weight and inches. Seeing some great results after just 2 weeks. If I can do so can you! This is a relaxed supportive training environment, training sessions are varied and time goes quickly, it’s never boring like traditional gyms. I cannot recommend enough.

I have been a member for just over two years now and I love it. I have never managed to turn up at at any gym week after week like I do here and it feels like I belong and coming to my 6.15 class 4 days a week really has become a habit. I am stronger, fitter and healthier and you get the support to keep going even when times are hard. Love it :-)

Joining the bootcamp challenge is something I’ve thought about doing for a long time, but finally done it and I love it, it makes me feel so much better mentally in myself after I’ve been. The team are amazing, so welcoming and helpful and adjust any exercise for me that I struggle with! I can’t wait to become a member! X

I started two years ago, I love it, its fun, friendly and it works. These guys really know what they are doing, at 52 years old I am the healthiest and fittest I have ever been. I have learned so much from them and continue to do so. Think you cant join a gym, these guys prove you can!!! 💪

I've really enjoyed my first 2 weeks here, everyone is really friendly and there's a lovely atmosphere. Workouts which change every session, so different every time. Feel great and love seeing the results, even friends have commented after only such a short time. Keep up the great work guys.

Fantastic supportive, enthusiastic and motivated personal trainers. I have fused feet due to arthritis and am 58 years old. They showed me alternative exercises and made sure I did them correctly. I started in March 2022, the inches are going and I am a lot stronger! Above all everyone is friendly and it is fun. I highly recommend them.

At first I was nervous when I signed up to the bootcamp, but when I got there the staff were all so lovely and welcoming. They really made you feel at ease and encouraged you every step of the way. Absolutely love this gym, full of support and knowledgeable staff who are so welcoming and supportive. Push me when I need it and leave me to get on with it where I'm confident. Lovely atmosphere and full of like minded females that hate the standard matcho gyms that are out there. Took on the 30 day challenge and lost 6lb by week 2. I would just like to say Thankyou, I started the first night and can i say what a lovely welcome, I did not feel uncomfortable at all. I unfortunately got some bad news the first week and they have been really understanding and allowed me to continue my challenge but moved my start day, all i can say is they certainly get the thumbs up from me.

What a great place to train, it's such a friendly atmosphere & the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful Been a member for sometime now & wouldn't go anywhere else. Not like a normal gym - everyone is so friendly & helpful plus the advice works if you follow it.
Friendly, supportive , approachable and knowledgeable staff who genuinely want you to succeed. Trainers help with any injuries and always ready with modifications. A great non-judgemental environment with members of all ages. You have help with diet and exercise and trainers are always available if you have any issues, concerns or are struggling at all. I started on a 4 week challenge and ended up joining as a member! Always been to a gym but this is like no other. Extremely friendly, staff, they are on hand for support, dietary information and are like having your own personal PT. Highly recommend 👌
This is not your regular gym - you get such a high level of one to one support from the team. They'll tailor your workout to accommodate injury or disabilities and they'll give you the push you need to do that little bit extra. The team are thoughtful and knowledgeable and the people that use the gym are so friendly and welcoming. Give the Challenge a go if you're unsure, you won't regret it!

Absolutely love this place! The team are so helpful and great at pushing you to meet your fitness goals. They were great when I injured my knee (not here, I was playing netball) by changing exercises to suit my injury. Rich also recommended a brilliant physio. I couldn’t recommend them enough - they make exercise enjoyable!

joined in June for the 4 weeks challenge lost 15.5 inch off my whole body and joined as full member staff are lovely, helpful and motivate you well. I really enjoy the classes and would defo recommend 💪
Excellent!! This is my second week of my first challenge and I am already seeing so much difference in me, both mentally and physically. This is all due to very supportive and motivating personal trainers which makes you feel comfortable through out the 30 minute sessions. I am so happy that I've joined. I joined for a 4 week challenge nearly 4 years ago and have been a member ever since. This is the only thing I’ve done that has helped me lose weight and then consistently keep it off. The staff and members are fantastically supportive, and the bootcamps are fun and varied. There’s no embarrassment, no posing and a range of exercises to suit all abilities.
I’m no good with the gym.. I get bored too easily & make excuses- this is totally different though! I actually look forward to the classes! There’s great variety, fantastic people and the atmosphere is fab- highly recommend!

This is a fantastic place to go if you want to get into shape. No judgement, no criticism, just huge amounts of support from knowledgeable staff and a really friendly, kind bunch of people in the classes. Staff really look after you and care about your wellbeing. Yes they'll push you to do what you can, but they don't go overboard. The only thing I regret is not joining sooner!

I was really nervous starting as I hadn't excersized ever and had a injury to my foot, the staff were really helpful and supportive and found ways around my injury that let me to complete the circuit adapting to my needs! Highly recommended!

I had a meeting with Louise and talked about my spinal problems, use of crutches, etc but we decided to give it a go. Once we could see I could move its been hell ever since, lol! Everyone is great and we can smile or chat to encourage each other. Sometimes I can do more than I think but want to give up but then Leah or Gracjan will tell me to do another 1 or 2. It helps you mentally and emotionally. It also helps when you can get on board with food. The more clued up you are the better your results. Saying that I'm still at a loss at times like, carrots...they have carbs?! 😆 So, I am an exercise novice since my 20s, so 30 years later, and 28 months at Bootcamp, and I have discovered muscles...lots of things people would take for granted. I've managed much more than any of us expected but I pay for it for a couple of days. My reason for telling you all this is so you can think "If she can do it then I certainly can!' Only you can stop you! If anyone wants to chat sometime then feel free to grab me. Just remember, you will only get out of this as much as you put in. This is the best thing you can do for yourself if you’re trying to get in shape and feel healthier. The atmosphere is amazing and very supportive. What makes it very unique is you have PTs helping you all throughout the sessions without the cost and that awkward feeling of being at the gym. Give the trial a go and you will never look back!

Fitter Bodies has really helped me change my whole attitude towards health & fitness. Tracking what you eat helps you to be mindful of what you put into your body. The exercises at each session change, so it’s never repetitive or boring. Every session I’ve been to so far has been high energy & fun! I've only been there 3 weeks + already feeling stronger + fitter. I've also lost 7lbs plus inches. The instructors are so knowledgeable, helpful + friendly. I struggle with some of the exercises however they give me alternatives. So pleased I've joined 😊
Only been going 3 weeks , seen a massive difference already in my body , love the classes and done in 30 minutes hard work but definitely worth it . 😘
When you come here it doesn't feel like you're training, the circuits are always well thought out covering a wide range of motion and the atmosphere is incredibly fun. You make good friends who are like family, all encouraging each other along the way 😊
I love coming to boot camp. Mainly I wanted to get stronger after a hip op as I felt I’d lost loads of strength. The trainers adapt exercises for me and cheer me on. Such a friendly atmosphere. Jules x

What a place !!! Booty has become not only a place to loose weight and inches - it helps with your state of mind and let’s you meet the most friendliest group of people EVER !!! This place really is an extended family who encourage and inspire one another . The results are definitely worth the aches and pains of a good workout !!!! Brilliant place! Really friendly, helpful, and motivational. The sessions are challenging and varied, you work at your own pace and no one else judges you as they are too busy doing their best. The team are very knowledgeable and happy to provide alternative exercises if you have any restrictions or injuries.

Very friendly atmosphere and the team is so supportive. Although it's difficult for me to maintain continuity I've managed to be quite regular thanks to the team. There are variety of exercises and I love to see how my body has changed during last few months. Thank you ❤️
I have been a member for few years. I am in the best shape of my life - not just physically but also mentally. I am one of the £1000 winners and enjoyed a weeks trip with my daughter to Disneyland Paris. It is a brilliant place to train, Richard, Louise & Leah & Connor are so supportive in every aspect. like anyone I had my concerns, will I fit it in? Will I be the biggest? Will everyone be super fit?!.....after just my first week I was amazed. Everyone is lovely, there is no judgement......everyone is welcome. its friendly, its fun ( and hard 😨)but its changed my life for the better both emotionally and physically. can't recommend it enough!!

I have to admit I am one of those that can give in easy but booty is like a family where everyone encourages each other and if it wasn't for Louise and other booty members encouraging me, I wouldn't be as fit as I am today. This gym is the best I’ve ever been to. My body shape has totally changed. The atmosphere and staff are fab, they always make you feel welcome and encourage you to do your best. The great thing is it’s 1/2 a hour intense training and you feel great when you walk out. Definitely recommend this boot camp. X
The motivation I’ve got since coming here is more than I’ve ever had with a 121 PT or going to the gym. Lovely people who make you feel welcome (when I was a newbie) and Richard, Louise n Leah are fantastic. Really push you to your potential.
This is such a warm friendly place to work out. Not only is it safe and hygienic it is kitted out great. The staff are encouraging and cater for individual needs if needed. I have loved my two year journey with bootcamp and this is my social outing working out with loads of friends I have made along the way. It’s great to workout and have a good laugh too!

I have been a booty member for 15 months, I joined on my own and was very nervous walking through the door the very first time, I needn’t have been as Louise, Richard and Leah and all the other members make you feel part of the booty family immediately. We train hard in the 30 minute sessions but we do have lots of fun too. I started here on a trial & after my first session i knew i wanted to stay! Everyone is so friendly & unlike normal gyms it’s fast & fun! I’d never ever go to another gym on my own but here has a different vibe & it’s really enjoyable.

Despite various attempts I’ve always made excuses not to work out. This is the only place I’ve felt motivated to keep going, the people are so supportive and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend anyone to give it a go.
Absolutely amazing place to work out louise, leah and Richard are amazing always on had to give you advice support etc. I never thought I would fall in love with working out but thanks to these guys and the members I really have. After my four week trail, I enjoyed it that Much that I decided I wanted to become a permanent member. Since joining Boot camp I feel absolutely great, im slowly losing the pounds and inches and can see my body toning up. I've been a member for over 3 years. I have to say I absolutely love it. Superb trainers, equipment great. I have met some lovely people. Everyone is so friendly. 30 minute sessions that are tailored to all different areas to help change your body shape. Come out at the end buzzing with energy. Would definitely recommend it.

The best decision I ever made joining west Leeds fitter bodies. Fantastic supportive trainers and training which really focuses on building strength and stamina. I have achieved more in these 1/2 hour sessions then the unguided training in a gym. I have lost weight and inch’s and improved my running times massively. Running a 3:40 marathon at Manchester
