Been coming here for almost 6 weeks now and can't believe how much I'm enjoying it. It's such a positive atmosphere to be in, not intimidating like a lot of other gyms I have joined in the past. I’ve always been into fitness and going to the gym, however, nothing pushes me as much as these classes. There is so much encouragement and support and I really enjoy coming. I have always felt very self conscious at other gyms, there is none of that here, everyone is very encouraging and helps each other. I would definitely recommend West Leeds fitter bodies if you to want to loose weight and get fitter, they help you change your way of eating for the better, it makes sense and isn't a fad diet. I find myself fuller for longer and not snacking on rubbish. Don't put it off, join and you won't regret it. Less

Everyone has been so supportive current members have been so welcoming. PT instructors have been amazing and what can I say other than they make you laugh & push you to exceed your own expectations & goals! ( Heavier weights today lol 😂) I’d got myself in a rut of feeing not motivated to start fitness again putting it off, but the team have helped me feel positive about training & my relationship with food / nutrition. Great friendly environment with the added bonus of continuous support & great tunes at every session good atmosphere. Fantastic supportive, enthusiastic and motivated personal trainers. I have fused feet due to arthritis and am 58 years old. They showed me alternative exercises and made sure I did them correctly. This Bootcamp is more than a typical gym class. The trainers get to know us so we have no way of cheating with lighter weights and less reps. This Bootcamp is more than a typical gym class. The trainers get to know us so we have no way of cheating with lighter weights and less reps. I personally have suffered injuries (not Bootcamp related) and they took the time to adapt the workouts ensuring I didn’t need to miss a class. It is definitely more like personal training. This is such a warm friendly place to work out. Not only is it safe and hygienic it is kitted out great. The staff are encouraging and cater for individual needs if needed.
