I've wanted an EV for as long as I can remember...A few month ago the Solterra arrived in Australia, so we booked in a test drive with VHM, as having our XV serviced there has been a good experience over the years.The Solterra is still very much a Subaru, perhaps even a bit more sure-footed than our XV on country roads, which we drive a lot, and the acceleration is just incredible.The only niggle was that it had a bit more space than we really need at this stage. However the test drive definitely decided us on a Subaru for our change to an EV. For us, the AWD and good ground clearance just sets it apart from the competition.Michael at VHM mentioned that the Uncharted might suit us better, and that became available recently. So we booked a test drive, intending to think about it a bit more before deciding.After the test drive Michael offered us a good trade-in on our XV (which we've loved!) so we decided to take the plunge right there and then!We've had the Uncharted for about a week now and it is SUCH a pleasure to drive. It's completely at home on country roads, and freeway driving is just so stress-free.VHM made the change to EV so easy to deal with too, explaining the differences, and the similarities, compared to our 2018 XV we'd grown so fond of.Many thanks to all involved for making this happen!

The best customer service, big shout out to the service manager!! Thank you soo much!!! We were on a trip from TAS to WA and our door lock failed, temporarily trapping us inside! We took our caravan to Dave Benson’s Caravans in Adelaide and they fit us in despite being booked out and replaced the whole lock/door mechanism. They fixed it on the spot!! Definitely buy a caravan from these guys they are exceptional!!!
