Long story short, we were on our way to Adelaidefor Gather Round in a BMW X5 and the rear suspension collapsed making for a very uncomfortable ride. We called into Horsham Toyota with fingers crossed that we could get some help.Well Aaron the service advisor and the tech who luckily had BMW experience could not have been more helpful. The tech connected his scan tool in the rain, and managed to do a temporary repair to get us back on the road.To add to our amazing experience, this was all done free of charge.Thanks so much for your help and a great experience.Regards Warren
