The proprietor, Alif, always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience.This service means one less thing to worry about in my life: I can just drop clothes off on my way to work and pick them up on my way home a day or two later. This isn't the first time I've used a wash and fold laundry service, but the friendly service and the convenience of text message alerts is top-notch. (I haven't tried the app!) They're willing to offer flexibility and accommodate if I sometimes need laundry done quickly. The cleaning and folding is great. Clothes smell fresh but with a neutral scent that's not overpowering. It's easy to put everything away at home.Another thing I appreciate is the transparent pricing. Clothes come back in a bag that I just fill and bring back, and there's a standard fee for the size of the bag. Other services charge by weight and I never know what I'll be paying.
