If you have a one of a kind garment that is very important to you, and it requires cleaning, you can absolutely trust it to Bel-Aire Cleaners. My husband was gifted his mother’s kimono a few years ago, and we were looking to have it cleaned to prepare it for framing. We had read that Bel-Aire cleaners specialized in cleaning silks so we went in for a visit. Our visit was so positive. The owner answered our questions, described the process and set realistic expectations as to the results. Our garment was close to 60 years old. He assured us it would be handled with care but let us know that there could be potential colour bleed and the cleaning process wouldn’t correct some colour bleed that has already happened due to the kimonos age.We are thrilled with how it came out, but most importantly we are so appreciative of the respect our garment was treated with. They understood its significance and respected its cultural value. The kimono is a family heirloom for us, and the work Bel-Aire Cleaners has done will contribute to its preservation. Seriously~ I have to make a shout out for the BEST dry cleaning place in the city BEL-AIRE!!! We all know how I can procrastinate 😆 I have an event tomorrow night (semi formal) and the dress I’m wearing needed to be dry cleaned. Of course I wait until this morning to find a place that will accommodate me, in needing it back by noon tomorrow 😂😂 I know I know 🫣After many phone calls and disappointments from every place around; saying I could drop it off, however it wouldn’t be ready for pick up until Monday 😳Alif had me bring it by to see what he could do ~ He crushed it 🤩 called me 2 hours later … ready for pick up 👏👏👏. It looks amazing. ♥️ So long story short… if you’re in need of amazing customer service (*hard to come by nowadays… meaning…customer service) with regards to dry cleaning, I highly recommend!

Bel-Aire has been my go-to dry cleaners for 20 years. The staff are friendly, responsive and efficient. Consistently good quality work. A bird recently decided to leave a deposit on an older outer coat and wool pants. In spite of the stain being a couple days old when the clothes were dropped off at Bel-Aire, both articles came back looking new! Great job yet again.
