Had to post this. I just got a new vehicle and had updated all of the info removing the old car and adding the new one at the end of the day. All after hours and a pile of paperwork at the car dealership. It went quick and simple. I got a call from Michelle the next day congratulating me on the new addition. Then stated she saw that I didn't include some of the coverage I had on my other vehicles. Realized the error I did because I didn't wait until the following day after sleep. Extremely grateful Michelle called. Got it all corrected and updated. I've never been happier with an insurance company and even more so, people like Michelle who has your back.
