I am writing this review specifically to recognize the outstanding professional conduct of Michelle Zuninga our Texas Resident Employee of Diamond Guard Incurance agency here in Texas.While my overall experience with the Alstates, OHIO claims department incompetent Personnels has been deeply frustrating due to a persistent lack of competence and accountability from my assigned adjusters, Rochelle, and Ellen, and their supervisor James, —Michelle stood out as a beacon of professionalism.She actually listened to my concerns, demonstrated empathy, and treated the situation with the urgency it deserved. It is clear that Michelle understands that when an insurance agency handles a policyholder's assets, they are dealing with people's livelihoods.Assisted by Diane, the Big Boss, James started reading, skimming, but purring, our claim documentation, the fact he doesn't understand anything is still here though.Unfortunately, the claims adjusters assigned to my file have failed to meet the most basic professional, ethical, and contractual standards. Their inability to manage documentation (My Request For Certified Policy) and communicate effectively (they didn't brought the Field adjuster who was set to come, to take pictures and left me hanging in my house without even agnoleging, or apologizing) been entirely unacceptable.I am STILL calling for an immediate change in personnel on my claim; I need a team that operates with the same high level of competence and human dignity that Michelle exemplifies.Alstate pillar is not James, Rochelle or Ellen.I trust that the management team will recognize the stark contrast between Michelle’s effective and Genuine approach and the ongoing failures of my current claims team will be resolvedin us making us whole under the Homeowners Policy.It is time for a change that reflects the standard of service that policyholders deserve.
