I cannot say high enough praises for Nicola and his amazing team!!! Please call Nicola before filing an insurance claim! We were selling our home and needed to replace the roof. Our insurance company initially denied the claim stating the adjuster found no damage. Nicola was a godsend! He told me to ask for a reinspection with one of the actual company insurance adjusters. Nicola was there for that inspection and made sure they saw everything that he pointed out, including going into the attic and inspecting the planking to see if it needed to be brought up to code. The first two roofing inspection quotes I got before Nicola's noted nothing about the planking. Nicola said a lot of companies don't mention it and end up surprising the homeowners with an unexpected expense after signing the contract to replace the roof. Thanks to Nicola's expertise we ended up getting the entire roof and code upgrade covered at 100%. Had I not crossed paths with Nicola I would not have known about these critical actions to take in dealing with the insurance company. And they replaced the roof in 2 days in time for closing!!
