This was my second time taking the course. Even though it's for a few hrs they make it go quickly and make sure you know what your doing. We had like two instructors, one was more experienced than the other, both did fine. The only negative was the patio plastic chair. I would definitely go back.

April 2026The BLS training center was well-organized, clean, and easy to access. The instructor was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the material clearly, making the class easy to follow. Hands-on practice was very helpful, and the instructor made sure everyone felt confident performing the skills. The instructor Sir Ike was highly knowledgeable, professional, and very supportive throughout the training. He explained all topics clearly and made the class engaging, interactive, and easy to understand.The learning environment was well-organized, comfortable, and conducive to effective learning. The megacode practice and simulations were very helpful in improving confidence and critical thinking during emergency situations. All staff members were approachable, respectful, and accommodating.The course materials, equipment, and hands-on training were outstanding and up to date with current guidelines. I truly appreciate the quality of education and professionalism provided by Eastern CPR.Overall, I highly recommend Eastern CPR for ACLS renewal and other certification courses. Everything about the training experience was excellent.
