I've done PALS, BCLS & ACLS courses with Eastern CPR. The instructors were very knowledgeable and patient with us. They explained everything clearly and allowed for and encouraged questions when we needed. The equipment used for assessments and teaching were in good condition. It's also located just a couple of blocks from the 2&5 trains. Overall, it was a really friendly and welcoming environment. I will not hesitate to return for my re-certifications. Clean office, professional and respectful staff, and very knowledgeable instructor. I have taken the BLS and acls at other places but Eastern CPR offers the best instruction. I am confident in participating and leading a code. Thank you Eastern CPR.

It was my first. Arrive late, left my glasses and was quickly offered a pair for my exam. The session lasted for 3 hours and was interactive and well taught by the instructor.
