Moore Piano arrived on time. He made an assessment for why several keys weren't working as they should, and he was able to fix the problem. He then cleaned and tuned our piano. A+ for service. Would recommend Moore's to everyone. Great experience!

Ron was great! He arrived on time & quickly got to work on our piano that had not been tuned/cleaned in over a decade! He was professional and knowledgeable. He even brought his own vacuum to clean up afterwards! We will use Moore Piano again for our tuning needs

The first visit he came and figured out the problem, but didnt have the tools on hand to fix it, so he had to come back. He did not charge me for that visit though. It is now in tune after coming at the scheduled time. The online scheduler is great! Some of the keys are now sticking, but I do not think this had to do with the tuning, so I am not taking it down any stars.
