Working out at OCF was amazing! They definitely push you to do your best and I always left feeling very tired, but so motivated. The coaches were so kind and helpful. The other members were also very kind and supportive. Just a great atmosphere there. They have a daycare for your kids and you can check in on them without having to stop your workout if you need to. I had to leave the gym due to my little one not doing well being away from me in the daycare, but I can’t wait to go back whenever he is just a bit older!!

I’ve been attending the 5:00 AM classes at Orange County Fitness, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping members improve regardless of their fitness level. The programming is challenging but scalable, making it a great fit for both beginners and experienced athletes.

I was looking for a new challenge that fit my schedule with childcare, and this has been exactly what I needed. I love how they scale every workout to meet you where you are. The movements are safe, practical, and never over the top. They also give you options for the type of cardio you’re in the mood for that day.No matter your fitness level or which options you choose, you’ll leave feeling accomplished and stronger. You’re never so sore that you can’t come back and workout the next day! The atmosphere and vibe at OCF is also unmatched. You will be welcomed and supported the moment you walk in.

Great atmosphere, coaches are super knowledgeable, fun, and encouraging, workouts are challenging but can be modified for all levels. If you are on the fence about joining, come try a class and you will be hooked!

I’ve had an awesome experience at Orange County Fitness. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and really push you in the best way. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes it easy to stay consistent. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape!

I think it's a great place, I like that there is plenty of room..but the best part are the people ,everyone is very inviting..there is no pressure if you can't do something they will help you figure something out ..love it

This gym provides a great and positive atmosphere to get in shape whether you’re a beginner like myself or an experienced athlete. I tried traditional gyms often finding myself lost not knowing what to do and gravitating to the treadmills. The coaches at OFC will not only coach you on proper and safe weight training techniques but will push you to achieve goals! My only regret was not joining sooner.
