I’ve had an awesome experience at Orange County Fitness. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and really push you in the best way. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes it easy to stay consistent. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape!

I think it's a great place, I like that there is plenty of room..but the best part are the people ,everyone is very inviting..there is no pressure if you can't do something they will help you figure something out ..love it

This gym provides a great and positive atmosphere to get in shape whether you’re a beginner like myself or an experienced athlete. I tried traditional gyms often finding myself lost not knowing what to do and gravitating to the treadmills. The coaches at OFC will not only coach you on proper and safe weight training techniques but will push you to achieve goals! My only regret was not joining sooner.

I love how nice everyone is and they help you at every level of fitness even though its a group setting. Ive been here 4 weeks and I can already tell a difference in my progress! If you want to take your fitness goals to the next level. OCF is the place to start!

You can ask all my friends, I wanted to join this gym for over a year and finally did... I was so nervous but quickly realized there was no need to be. Everyone's been so friendly, welcoming, and non judgemental. Plus I've found muscles I didnt know I had. 😂 So glad I joined! Cant wait to see what I make of this journey.

I started OCF not having a clue what I was doing and all of the coaches and members have been so nice and welcoming all while educating me. While I’m still new, I highly recommend anyone to try it out!
