There were also issues with scheduling in the initial conversation I told them that the dog hair was pretty bad but when they came said they didn't schedule enough time to be able to complete the entire interior that day I could choose either the seats or the carpets for that day and pay an entire full interior detail fee another day for them to do the rest. So we rescheduled for a different day to do it all and at the end said I would still need to pay again to get it better. To sum it up if your car is not that dirty then I do think they would do a great job but if you have pets or kids then it might not be great. Less
