Lovely food at very reasonable prices. We arrived late on a Thursday evening after chaos at Faro airport, checked in at Eva Senses hotel and asked where is good to eat. La Gioconda was recommended and it was great, sat outside under the awning, lovey attentive staff, served quickly and the house wine at 3.59 euros was very nice. I had salmon which was very tasty and my friend has seafood pasta which she also enjoyed. Very nice sized portions. It was quiet and very relaxing.

Had a lovely last night in Faro. Everything was excellent. The nicest salad I have ever had. The staff are second to none. A special shout out to our amazing waiter, whose name I forgot. Highly recommended.

Preislich völlig in Ordnung. Große Empfehlung! :-)

We wanted some Italian when in Faro and chose this restaurant because of the reviews and it opened early. The reviews were spot on - great food, great service, lovely atmosphere! My husband has the spag bol and I the pan fried salmon with veggies followed by a yummy tira misu. And to our surprise, at the end of the meal the waiter gave us two free shots of Limancello ice cold liquor- also yum!

This was the best pizza me and my Son have ever had.The service in Portugal has been exceptional, but Rodrigo has gone above and beyond in every way during our time at La Gioconda.I cannot recommend this restaurant, or Rodrigo, enough!5*!!!

The bruschetta was really well seasoned, and the pizza was nice and fresh. The sangria was perfectly balanced – not too strong, not too sweet. Dessert was alright. The owner who served us was super friendly and attentive. Overall, I'd recommend it, but I gotta say, eating pizza in Portugal feels a bit like a betrayal ;)
