The workers did a great job and cleaned-up nicely when they were done. The system they installed is great. The walls that they waterproofed came out great. Brian had some good ideas on hooking the condensation drain from my gas furnace into the sump pump drain and on hooking my outside downspout to the sump pump pipe to get the water away from the house. Communication with them was top notch. Their price was great too compared to other estimates. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to waterproof their basement.

We recently had Main Line Waterproofing install a pressure relief system in our home in Wayne, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team installed 56 linear feet of PRS using our existing pump and discharge, along with a new industrial PVC sump basin.They took the time to properly prepare the space by wire brushing the walls and applying anti-fungal treatment where needed, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality and longevity of the work.The crew was professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the process. I had to give this group five stars bc as new homeowners I was panicked about some items in our inspection report in the basement. I had them come over for an estimate and the rep basically said everything looks fine for the medium term and to call them back after a few other things have been checked off of our list which may remedy the small problems he observed. As someone new to the area and to homeownership, I really appreciated that they didn’t just give me a long list of things I need to fix asap with a big dollar sign. Herb and Jared went above and beyond in addressing an infrequent but persistent flooding issue in my basement in an area with an alcove protruding out into my backyard where water was getting trapped in the corner and seeping in. After assessing the likely causes, I received a reasonable quote and the team was out the next business day to dig along my foundation. The culprit was penetration of water underneath basement flooring, which was sealed with rubber membrane. Jared and another team member diagnosed the cause to a split in my gutter discharge that would overflow due to blockage discharge into my French drain along the side of my house. Not only did they seal the locale where the water was entering the home, they diverted a new line from the gutter discharge while preserving the aesthetics of my landscaping to help prevent the accumulation of water through my French drain. When they were done, all the landscaping and river stones along my foundation were exactly as they were before. They were done by 1 pm on a day with near freezing temperatures and 50 mph wind gusts. Time will tell if we got the needed result, but I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and service that Herb and the Mainline Waterproofing team offered and it’s a load off my mind. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and would highly recommend!

We have had a water problem in our crawl space for 15+ years. Other contractors have tried several solutions none of which were successful. The answer was water coming from below the foundation. Herb, the owner, came out diagnosed the cause offered a solution which was significantly less than other failed “fixes”. His team was responsive with the work done within days.
