This is our first experience with Neel's. Nathan serviced our air conditioning unit and found a suspected issue with the furnace. He ordered the part and Alec returned today to finish the work. Great customer service, explained everything regarding both units. Will not hesitate to call on Neel's in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Neel's Heating and Air for nearly 10 years or more. I ONLY have good things to say about them ALL the time. The technicians are not only very knowledgeable but also 100% HONEST. Arwin, their office manager is always very obliging in getting my unit fixed ASAP. The last time I called them, I was on an overseas trip. I wasn't even at home when they arrived and had the AC unit fixed and running. Nathan, the technician informed me that the dog had chewed the wire and only charged me to have the wires fixed.No hesitation in giving them 5 STARS!!! Very grateful for their honesty!!!

I highly recommend Neel's Heating & Air! They fixed my air conditioner quickly and for a very reasonable rate, not like the other company I had been working with. And just as important, I really felt these guys were honest and not out to upsell me or tell me I needed something that I didn't really need.
