My massage with Sally was amazing, she took the time to listen to me pre massage to make sure that I got the most out of it. The massage itself was so relaxing with just the right amount of pressure. I can't recommend Sally enough. I've never had a massage like this. I've never had a slow massage, which I didn't realise could be so effective. It was exactly what I needed even though I thought I just wanted a hard pressure massage in my neck and shoulders. Even after a couple of days, I felt looser in my joints and the great effect of the massage.

I felt an awful lot of physical and emotional release, which I've never had before during a massage. She was so, so reassuring with stillness holds at the start as we discussed because I was a little bit nervous about massage. A middle-aged menopausal lady with diabetes, swollen ankles, swollen feet, and a bit of extra weight. Sally made me feel comfortable and listened to. She was very knowledgeable about the things I was struggling with because of the menopause and was able to spend the extra time I needed on my feet and ankles to try and drain some of the fluid. I feel lighter, the massage was really effective. I nearly skipped out of there. I've booked my next appointment already.

"I really struggle with my mental health sometimes and wasn't sure where I wanted massage. But Sally had been recommended to me by a friend also struggling with Perimeopause, so I plucked up the courage and called. Sally called me back straight away and spent time talking to me and reassuring me. Sally really listened and just started with my face and head, and neck in order that I felt comfortable. I really loved the neck stretching and appreciated the bolsters under my knees and ankles so my body was comfortable. I definitely feel more relaxed, and my breathing is slower. I'll be back and would absolutely trust Sally with a full body massage. PS. Three days later, I can say that my sleep has been better and I haven't had as many headaches.

This was by far the best massage I've ever had. Sally was really clear about confidentiality and consent and really did listen to me thoroughly. I have an issue with the bottom of my spine and she made me feel so safe and comfortable, assuring me she wasn't going to massage directly on there as others have and have really caused damage and pain. She was able to use an unperfumed massage oil as I'm sensitive to perfumes. It really was the most wonderful massage from start to finish. When can I book again?

I didn't want to lie face down as I get claustrophobic and Sally was so understanding of this and I felt so relaxed. She was able to work on my head and neck even though I wasn't in the ideal position for her, I don't think. She was very reassuring, particularly when I needed additional drapes to feel secure. I appreciated the fan when I was feeling a bit flushed.
