We had a poor experience with another detailer. We had issues with the convertible roof. After a BMW Car Club GB Central Region club meeting with Toby and his team they gave us confidence to ask them to rectify the issues we were having. They made such a good job that we had track pack ppf fitted as well as small dent removal and some other small issues rectified. When we picked the car up it was absolutely amazing. As we had a poor experience previously with a different detailer Toby went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can’t recommend these guys enough. New Look cared about out car as much as we do. Completely reliable and professional, and we’re 100% satisfied with the result. Since they sorted one car for us I have given them our other one which was my late fathers, that’s how much I trust them. Thanks guys

Pleasure dealing with Toby, was thinking about putting black PPF on the roof but he suggested a black carbon fibre PPF to match the front splitter and rear spoiler. Really pleased with the look, it appears factory fitted and blends well. Very happy with the quality of workmanship and PPF fitment. Highly recommend and will definitely use New Look again.
