Do not hesitate to call Brodee for your pressure-washing maintenance! I was so impressed with his work ethic and communication. We have a lot of live oak trees that drop leaves and pollen into our backyard. I told Brodee I wanted him to wait until early summer after all of it had fallen before pressure-washing our house. He followed up with texts and a phone call months after we first met. When he and his crew showed up to clean the exterior of our house, he went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. Not only did he wash the entire exterior, he cleaned the windows and the gutters as well, at a great price. It is refreshing to hire a contractor that shows up when he promises and completes the job with professionalism and precision.

Brodee treated and pressure washed all of our backyard pavers around the flower beds and did a wonderful job. Didn’t damage any of the grass and got the pavers bright white again! He also sprayed off our entire house. You won’t be disappointed. He’s the man!

Brodee did a great job. Our HOA contracted with him to clean the road signs in our neighborhood. Over the years our white posts and signs had discolored with dirt, mold, and "sprinkler rust".
