Exterior Finishes has done two projects for me both of which they completed on time with out any issues. The last project they did was 430 units, five buildings 5 over 1.Two buildings were partially scaffolded with out access. Eddie Lopez was the site Foreman for Exterior Finishes and he did an excellent controlling his team and material. Eddie was great with communication, not afraid to ask questions and or bring up issues. Short story I would work with them again.

Exterior Finishes successfully completed our multifamily project in a suburb east of Seattle consisting of 311 units, approximately 75,000 SF of exterior siding divided into five different siding types. They utilized scaffolding, swing stage, articulating boom lifts, and scissor lifts to accomplish their work. They completed on time and within budget. Change orders were fair and agreed upon prior to work commencing. The owner is satisfied with the overall appearance. I would work with Exterior Finishes again.

I used them for a client during a Real Estate transaction. I had them completely re-side a house and were the cheapest out of 4 bids but were also the friendliest and most available. Everyone else could not complete it in the timeframe needed. They also worked with my client as far as the down payment which was super helpful.
