I booked a deep cleaning for my air ducts and vents, and they were very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They even showed me the condition of the coils and the black mold buildup that had developed on them. I really appreciated that they brought it to my attention because it showed me that they genuinely cared about the air quality in my home and the health of my family, rather than just coming in, doing the basic job, and leaving.The coil cleaning was additional work that wasn’t included in the original deep-cleaning price, but they explained everything upfront and gave me a really good deal to have the coils cleaned along with the vents while they were already there. I was also able to see the before-and-after pictures, which really showed the difference their work made.
