I purchased the iDRY standard in January. The purchase process, all the way through delivery and setup of our kiln was a breeze! Everyone that we’ve dealt with through the process was helpful and extremely punctual with any questions or concerns that we had. Just recently we had a slight issue with a valve on our vacuum pump. Something small but easy to miss. I called into iDRY support after hours and didn’t expect to hear from anyone until the next morning. Mark called me within 10 mins and started working through potential issues. Long story short, we resolved the issue to get our kiln running again and they shipped the part to me and I received it the next day! With iDRY, you get a great product but also punctual and expert service!
