I had a great experience with everyone at Clementon Family Dentistry. Everyone was really nice and explained everything to me in detail. I spoke to Cindy a few times before I even went in for my appointment and then when I went in for my appointment I got to speak with Cindy again. She was so nice and did a great job explaining everything to me before Dr. Soffer came into the room. Then when Dr. Soffer came into the room he was so nice and really listened to what I wanted and what I needed and he asked me what things really bothered me the most about my teeth right now and I told him everything that I was having problems with and he really listened to what I had to say and I knew he was a great Dentist already. I already knew that just by talking to him. So now Im looking forward to going back for my appointments that i need done before I can have my implants put in and my temporary set of teeth put in until my gums heal then i will have my permanent set of teeth put in with the implants. I'm really happy that I found Dr. Soffer's office online by taking a little quiz with a few qsts. Now I cannot wait to get my Dental implants. I'm really happy that I'll be able to smile again. There's no better feeling than that. I have to thank Dr. Soffer, Cindy and the rest of his team. Everyone was so nice and very helpful with everything. I’m 46yrs young and have quite a bit going on with my teeth due to hereditary genes I was told. I have done my fair share of research & personally I felt most comfortable with the Clementon Family Dentistry. Upon arrival for my Complimentary free consultation, I received a very warm and genuine greeting. Their receptionist were very welcoming, caring & friendly. The staff was knowledgeable & answered every one of my questions honestly. Within just minutes of my arrival I had already gotten my scans/X-rays and pre-briefing. Not long after the Dentist went back to view my scans and then sat with me to put a plan in motion so that we could move forward. I wasn’t nervous anymore; I was comfortable and for the 1st time ever I feel hopeful! This team is absolutely Wonderful & I have no regrets!! Less
