Wow! I was very pleased with the job Kyle and Chris did removing the mold that they found behind our backsplash in the kitchen. They said they small particle cleaned the kitchen in the area that was enclosed but I did find dust and debris left behind. I’m sure they did dry wipe with a microfiber cloth as I saw the cloths on the stove after they finished. The enclosure was set up very well to ensure no mold spores escaped. They are kind and very respectful! Kyle went the extra mile in assisting my elderly neighbor bringing her trash can up the driveway. Both Kyle & Chris went above and beyond to clean up a damp rid spill in our closet that happened just prior to them coming .I don’t remember the name of the guy who did the dry fog but he did extra to insure they were leaving our home disinfected completely to hopefully help my health improve soon. I understand it does not get rid of the mold DNA and I will begin small particle cleaning soon.Spencer was the best all the way through! He was very kind & patient with all my questions and answered every call immediately except for one day that he was super busy but got back to me the next day. He is honest, a man of his word, listens to you and works with you to give you the best experience possible and never tries to upsell you; in fact he works hard to save you money.Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️I will be using Pure Maintenance Mold Remediation to fog again next year and in the future in any needs arise.
