I reached out right before a holiday. Even though he was on vacation, he got back to me right away and schedule a time to drop it off as soon as he was back to the shop. He explained everything great and was able to get my check engine light off by the thing he said should repair first off and less costly thing. It's was an all around great and wonderful experience.
