Super convenient to go downstairs rent a vehicle and explore the island. The customer service was amazing! Rented a car, umbrella and beach chairs total of 2 days for a little over 100$ no deposits. Filled everything out online, went to the desk and we were on our way!

I decided to rent a car last minute from here and my experience was wonderful. Juliet not only was able to accommodate me completely but she was also super kind, informative and recommended so many things for a tourist like me to do. With my tight budget I did go for a smart car. It was comically tiny but very easy to manage. I would definitely rent a car from here again!

We rented a car for a day last week and were very happy with the service, communication and car itself. The young lady who assisted us was very kind and helpful. We also used their luggage storage service, as we were staying at Skyline Island Colony (the same building). Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you so much.

We rented a car through Juliet and she was genuinely the nicest person. She helped us with everything, and made it easy for us to rent a car.

Ms. Juliet provided outstanding customer service throughout our car rental experience. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel valued as customers. We truly appreciate her excellent service and would highly recommend renting through her. Thank you, Ms. Juliet, for making our trip even better!

We had a great experience renting with them. We booked two separate days so we wouldn’t have to deal with parking and because we didn’t need a car for three days (although in the week we were staying nearby, we saw a deal for $33/day for 3 days minimum, which then turned into $23/day?). We picked it up at the Niu St location which was super convenient for us, but just know that you’ll have to drop off the car at their other parking garage location. We recommend to pick up the car within an hour of your reservation time. The smart cars specifically were a little jerky and you can really feel every pothole. But that’s just a product of having a small car on Hawaii roads.Tips for driving: *When choosing a gear, be really careful that you’re selecting the one you’re intending to. The gear shifts in a line, so you can really easily go into neutral instead of drive, which is important if you’re entering the parking garage*To open the smart car trunk, use the key fob.

Doc has been the most amazing and helpful individual that we have worked with since being here. Very kind, went over every aspect of the rental and was extremely helpful.

My friend and I had a very positive experience with our car rental. We had the pleasure of Doc helping us and he did an amazing job of relaying all of the information we needed with a smile. We had a stressful first day and he was able to turn our mood around and was a joy to talk to. It was a very easy process and we had no issues. Definitely would rent from him again!
