True professionals! We had several (50!) problematic large trees removed from our back yard. Adam's dropped the trees without damaging my yard. Several were close to my neighbor's fence, and he brought them down without damaging anything. The crew was careful and paid attention to safety. I happened to receive Adams Tree direct mail offer and had him come out to give me an estimate to prune my large maple tree. He answered all my questions, was very polite and scheduled me for the following week. I could not be happier with the service he provided. The crew was very careful with my maple tree and surgically removed the dead branches that I was concerned about. All the equipment needed they brought - a crane, a bucket truck, and a chipper. His techs were very professional, and they did a fabulous job. Not to mention the cleanup was so good you wouldn’t even have known that they were there. Highly recommended.

When I heard that my neighbors were going to have trees removed, I called to ask if they would be able to remove and trim trees on my property as well. Despite the very short notice, they were able to accommodate me, and they went above and beyond. The team was very professional, and did an outstanding job with multiple large trees that were not only very close to structures, but also looming over them. It was impressive to watch, and I would choose them again in the future.

The best customer experience I've had in a very long time! I'd give them more stars if I could. During a storm a very large branch of the trunk of a Linden tree split off, fell across (crushed) a 7' tall pool fence, and landed on my neighbors yard, four days before we were moving out of state and nine days before we were closing on the sale of the house in Stow where the tree fell. So at 5:30PM I contacted a few companies via either VM or text (they were all closed for the day), asking to have this done ASAP, meaning the next day. I had low expectations. Well, I received a reply to my text at midnight from Adams saying that they would have a crew there at 7:30AM the next morning. They showed up a little early, started at 7:30, and were done by 8:30AM.

Adam's Tree Service was taking care of a tree in my neighbor's yard and I approached them to see if they could remove some trees in my yard also. They were able to come the very next morning and complete all the work for a very reasonable price. The team was very professional, worked quickly, and left our property in great condition.
