I would argue this was the best experience that I've had with any business in years. Dione, Brad, and the installation crew, really shined in every aspect including customer service. From the moment I filled out the estimate request to following up with a question after the job was completed, their responsiveness was extremely fast. In terms of price, very competitive and scheduling the job was easy and quick. We put in 10 zones and the damage to the lawn was minimal and impressive. I actually have another irrigation company that I use and they dropped the ball on getting me this quote so when I heard a coworker talking about their great experience with Pro Irrigation, I figured I'd give them an opportunity to quote it as well. Months later I still haven't gotten a quote from the other place and Pro Irrigation quoted, scheduled, and completed the job while gaining a new long term customer in us. Great work!

Disappointed. Their customer service is farmed out to an AI robot, and after the tech didn’t show up during the appointment window there was no human to speak to on the phone and no one reaching out to reschedule. Seems the company does not wish to have customers.After following up with person at the company, an additional appointment was set. Instead of providing resolution, pro irrigation quoted me $1000 for extensive repairs. I reached out to a different company for a second opinion, who resolved the issue same day and charged 1/3 the cost quoted. My system is up and running now, no thanks to pro irrigation.

Dion and his crew Installed my irrigation system, Dion’s Communication was great he Explained everything to me and made sure I understood how to use my new irrigation system. Since this is my first time i have a home with an irrigation system. They where done the installation in a few hrs with minimal damage to existing grass they also did a great job cleaning everything up and seeding my lawn I would highly recommend these guys, super professional and knowledgeable

I had the opportunity to work with Dione from pro irrigation and his crew. I requested a quote to have another zone added to my existing system. We agreed on a great price and they showed up and did the work in about 2 hours. During the project I asked if I could relocate some heads at the same time, without hesitation they managed to move them with no questions asked. Dione and his crew did a very good job and now I have fully functioning irrigation setup! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional and quality work.

They installed the sprinkler system in one day, and worked really hard to accommodate some of my specific requests and to coordinate their work with other contractors that were at my house at the same time. The system he installed provides real peace of mind, and it has already resulted in a successful overseeding project this fall. Their price was fair and reasonable. Really great experience with this company. Their pricing was fair and the work they did was top notch. Dione (who is the owner) worked alongside his crew and they got the install done at my house In just over a day. After running it for a few days I noticed some areas of the lawn that weren’t getting sufficiently wet. The next day the owner sent out a crew and they made adjustments and moved some sprinkler heads until it was perfect.The company is super responsive and they use a text system that sends you confirmations and updates when crew is arriving which was really nice and professional. They also have an office person who actually answers calls and gets back to you right away (which is unusual in this kind of business).Great experience with these guys (and my wife says I’m a perfectionist!) and I strongly recommend them!
