Over the past year we have worked with Stuart Peaslee to develop design plans for a complex addition to our standard Cape Cod home. The project required a redesign of the second floor bedrooms, a full shed dormer and an attached 24 x 28 garage with an entertainment room on the second floor. Throughout the project Stuart provided sound guidance and recommendations that required forward thinking on his part. Helping the project to move forward included Stuarts sound knowledge of local building code requirements. Stuart was in our corner every step of the project and when we questioned if the project should go forward Stuart provided encouragement while understanding our concerns.
