We went through their windows and doors, and we couldn’t be more grateful. My wife was even in tears.We bought a fixer-upper and had it completely revamped. When we first bought this home, we weren’t proud of it, except for the fact that it was ours. But now, it’s really turning around and looks like a home that we’re proud of and love. The color of our home is thanks to Duncan’s work.Before we had windows, we couldn’t open them for fresh air. There was a fire or any reason for us to get out of the windows because none of them opened because they were so old to paint. Duncan’s installation was amazing fast, and my wife was in tears when she got home.After the installation, a thunderstorm rolled in, and she was able to open the windows and listen to the beautiful rain and thunderstorm. We love our new windows! Buying new windows was a big purchase for us and they were the most reasonably priced company that sold quality windows. I talked to Jeremy for the sales portion. It truly was no pressure sales, and the other companies we got quotes from wanted to trash their competitors instead of letting their services and products speak for themselves. I really respected the way that Jeremy was respectful and personable. He talked about his family and his job with Duncan's. All good stuff. The crew was amazing and super respectful in our home. They seem to have fun and good working relationships. I could tell they also took pride in their work. I interacted with Troy and Caleb the most as they were the ones working inside. Troy Tom the time to show us everything as things progressed as well as how to use the new windows, clean them, safety features, as well as warranty info. We still had our own independent window inspectors (see photos) who have the new windows five stars as well so we knew we had chosen well!

We are very pleased with the new steel roof installed through Duncan's Heritage Construction. They used quality materials and skilled craftsmen to give us a solid roof for years to come. The work was done timely and they cleaned up everything very well. We were pleased with the personal service and oversight of the entire project by Alan. They took the time and care to do it right and yet their cost was very fair. We would highly recommend them.

Duncans windows and doors recently completed a project for us to replace a number of windows and add a storm door. The experience could not have been better. From the beginning of the experience with Jeremy discussing the options and the project, all the way through driving out of our driveway after things were completed, we never doubted that we made the best choice. The sales process with Jeremy was very smooth and professional. The project planning work with Ben was excellent and yielded an implementation that was flawless with no issues. The installation team led by Troy could not have been better. They are true professionals and craftsmen. The care they showed for our home by using drop cloths and wearing booties, to vacuuming thoroughly and repeatedly throughout the installation, to the expert finishing of the work with new, perfectly matched trim. To top it all off, we now have beautiful new windows! I could not recommend Duncan's Window and Door more highly.
