After a toilet supply line broke and flooded our bathroom, walkway, living room, and crawlspace, we had a real disaster on our hands. Once a remediation company got our house dry, we started searching for a flooring contractor who was reliable, affordable, and did great craftsmanship. We were lucky to find CK Flooring, run by Colton.Colton was quick to respond and came out promptly to measure and provide an estimate. He was extremely responsive and thorough throughout the whole process. One major perk of working with him is that his team can replace subfloors, something a lot of other flooring companies don't offer.At Colton's shop, his employee was incredibly patient and kind in helping us pick out new floors (who knew there were so many options!). Once we made our selections, the turnaround time for installation was impressively quick, and the two installers were thorough and did a great job.Beyond the flood-damaged areas, we decided to go ahead and redo our kitchen and dining room floors too, and the pricing for the extra work was very affordable.Since we needed additional repairs to put our house back together, Colton connected us with his partner Matt, who lined up contractors to handle everything outside of the flooring itself. Matt and his team installed a vapor barrier in our crawlspace, replaced carpet padding, and handled our toilet and vanity installation, all with great quality. We also discovered a separate issue with leaking doors that was causing water damage and rotten wood in our basement. Matt recommended a company to fix the doors, and his own team is coming back to repair the wood rot afterward. Communication throughout the whole process was great.Between Colton's flooring expertise and Matt's network of contractors, CK Flooring made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.
