We booked through On Isla Experiences. We had the best night with Chef Julio and our beautiful service and dinner coordination from his wife Karen. They were exceptional hosts! Karen greeted me at our airbnb with a huge hug like we were already family. She explained things thoroughly and was so lively and vibrant the entire night. We were served everything from delicious ceviche, salsa, fresh spinach salad, the best ever margaritas, a flipping delicious taco bar and a yummy cream cheese strawberry chimichanga dessert. We were stuffed!!! The mahi mahi was soooo good by the way. They worked their butts off walking up and down the stairs to the rooftop where they set up our table for us and served us for over 2 hours! (Karen even shon her flashlight on our taco bar while we dished up because the wind blew out our candles haha!) such a kind and generous couple! We will be booking this again in the future. What a treat!

Chef Javi Dinnertainment was AMAZING! The food was delicious, Javi was accommodating for a special diet for one in our party. He arrived to our VRBO right on time and we were very happy with our experience! 10/10 would recommend and do this again!

My husband and I went into Javi's for some drinks. Jon was our bartender and he was so friendly and kind, we stayed for about 2 hours and I loved getting to know all about his life. We met Javi and he was full of laughter and fun, you could tell how much he cares about everyone. We also met Javi's parents when they came in and they were so wonderful also, you could tell how proud they are of Javi. We were on the island for a week and visiting Javi's was one of my highlights. Delicious drinks and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend stopping in!

We recently celebrated my wife 50th birthday at Casa Galettas. The property was amazing and the management made our experience even better. We've visited Isla Mujeres on several occasions but wanted to stay on the island this time around. We saw this property online and fell in love with it instantly. When we arrived early our private shuttle service (Which I highly recommend) took us to the property and they allowed us to place our bags inside and wait for our golf carts to be delivered. Omar was one of the coolest guys we met and he made an "Amazing" guacamole and I don't eat it but that was hands down the best I ever had. Throughout the week stay we had a few minor issues that we needed to get taken care of. The management listened and took care of everything that we requested quickly. This alone is one of the reasons that we'll continue to use this company in the future. My wife was extremely happy with everything and we'll definitely be returning to the island and this house again.

We have benefited from the services or Marla and her IMVR team multiple times and have always been thoroughly impressed and happy with the help and guidance provided. Communication from booking to returning home is plentiful and so very helpful. The rental options are some of the best to be found on Isla Mujeres and are high quality. Marla has a vast knowledge of how to make an Isla Mujeres vacation the best it can be and the variety of services offered is outstanding. We always start our vacation planning on IMVR. The service and personalization just can't be beat.

This was my first experience with IMVR - all agents I interacted with were responsive and helpful. The rental was wonderful! Property manager and staff were exceptional. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we have had.
