I wished I found them before being robbed at every other dentist prior to. It's a big commitment...but one you only need to do once! I had a dental emergency 3 or four months ago, I was seen by a female dentist not even sure of her name. She misdiagnosed me told me that a root canal that I had done was not done properly and that was why I was in so much pain. The truth is I had a severe infection from the tooth and this dentist told me I needed to go to a different dentist to have the root canal redone because it appeared that she could still see the nerves. So two days later excruciating pain and I went to a different dentist spent another $400 on x-rays for that dentist who was honest and stated there's nothing wrong with their your root canal and he said I won't waste your money. I asked him if he would call the office and explain to them what he seen and he did when I came back to their office to have the tooth removed. No one seemed to want to hear my side. What happened how I was misdiagnosed. It was just get it out of my mouth and don't talk about it was the attitude.I had the worst experience of my life... mind you I've been going there for over 20 years and had loved it, but this was incredibly unprofessional and I was given Novacaine three times in my mouth and one time underneath my tongue it elicited a response by my body that I went into a cold sweat. My hands were shaking, and I could not stop crying thank God for the dental assistant that was in the room that gave me love and attention and care that I needed.I was told to come back in 3 to 4 months to see how it was healing so they could put an implant in my mouth. I told myself I would never go back, but I thought I'd give them a second chance.My experience again was not good..I met with a gentleman who was 100% a sales person he talked about himself. his family his education very little about what I came there for it was a complete waste of time. I felt like I was in a car showroom and then given the big sales pitch while this big sales pitch turned into $4200 like really who can afford that kind of money. I'm going to be doing my homework but needless to say I no longer will be a patient there. Less

I went in the office to have a broken tooth extraction. Dr. Koli did my extraction, she gave me the gentlest novocaine shot that I have ever had. When she was done with the procedure I had to ask if she was done because I didn’t feel any pain. Dr. Koli will be doing all my my dental work in the future. Less

I've had some bad dentist visits. But from the time I called and talked to the receptionist to go in and getting work done on my teeth it was one of the best experiences ever had. It's an hour and 10 minute drive for me but it is well worth it everybody was just polite and nice. I ended up getting a bridge after 2 weeks of seeing a new dentist. Dr kaplanski told me I was not a candidate and most of my upper teeth needed to be extracted. I had a great experience with the staff under him! I don’t ever leave reviews anywhere, but dr kaplanski is not professional. He is disrespectful to his patients and speaks poorly of his staff. I’m glad I dodged dentures at age 30 by leaving there. I see the subtle comment trying to imply that I was in the wrong by not coming back for the appliance, but you might want to brush up on your hipaa training. I wouldn’t come out of the gate disclosing patient info on the internet. Oh I have nothing to gain here. I gave an honest review on google as prompted as I have for other places I have visited. As I said, the entire office staff was lovely, it was the dentist running the place that was the issue. People with deep pockets walk in there and take his word for everything, that’s all it is. You didn’t have to reply to my one star with no context on my end - that was your choice. And as for professionalism that ship has sailed. have a great day. 🙂 Less

I wish you guys took fidelis my teeth are so bad I can barely eat, even if I eat soft foods my teeth are still cracking and hurting. I'm starving I wish I could eat normally again without anything hurts and braking😩 😪 I literally only have 18 or 19 teeth in my mouth. People I know that go here have Fidelis being seen but when I called I got told u guys don't take it. I saw Dr. Koli today, who is not my normal dentist at the practice. I was scheduled to have a pair of crowns put in but due to an authorization error she looked at the teeth and was able to restore them using resin fillings to keep them stable for some time and they came out great. It’s hard for me to trust, Im used to my uncle taking care of my teeth since he is a dentist. Ever since I moved I was pushing my dentist appointment more than I’d like to admit. They took me in within a week for a consultation that turned into same day procedure. I’m so thankful for that! I went to Dr Kaplansky to have a tooth pulled. I’ve never been there before because the office is an hour and a half away from my house. I decided to go there (even though driving is very painful for me due to a back injury I have, which I explained to them several times) because they said they could get the tooth pulled right away. I explained to them that I’ve already had x-rays and exams from 2 other dentists that couldn’t fit me in to pull the tooth for 2 months, so if I was going to drive all the way out there, I would need it pulled that day. They assured me several times they would be able to do this. I filled out all the paperwork online before the appointment, including my prescriptions I take. I called multiple times to make sure they got everything they needed, and each time they assured me they would pull the tooth. I made the very painful hour and a half drive to my appointment, and was pleased to see a beautiful establishment. Very clean and beautiful building with lots of dentists working there. In hindsight, I realized they have that beautiful expensive place because they’re salesmen. They’ll sell you on whatever you want to hear. We paid for that big beautiful building. Anyway, I was brought in, and the first thing they did was take an x-ray (because they claim they didn’t receive mine) and then they did a full dental evaluation, making sure to take down lots of notes so they could get paid, of course. After they were done taking the x-ray (the 3rd one I’ve had in 2 weeks) and doing the exam, they explained to me they would not be able to pull the tooth that day because of a medication I take. Mind you they had a full list of my medications BEFORE I made the trip out there. They had the list of medications when I called them to make sure they could pull it the same visit and they assured me it was no problem. They were told of my back injury that made long drives very painful for me, and they assured me they could pull the tooth the same visit. That’s the ONLY reason I drove all the way out there! They could have informed me that they couldn’t pull the tooth before they took the x-ray and did the exam, but they chose to withhold that information until after they extracted as much money as they could from me. After they were done extracting my money, the dentist cheerfully asked if I would like to schedule another visit to get the tooth extracted. I just shook my head no, because I was so upset about this experience, I was on the edge of tears. They didn’t care. They sent me on my way to make the very painful hour and a half drive home without a care in the world. The next day, I was in a lot of pain from the drive, which got me thinking about the entire experience. I decided to call and talk to a manager about the unethical treatment they gave me. The lady who answered the phone said the manager was on the phone, but I could leave a message for her to call me. I left a message, and waited nearly two hours before calling back. When I called back, a different lady said the manager wouldn’t be in till Monday. I was calling on a Wednesday! All those people work there, and nobody’s in charge for nearly a week? It doesn’t make sense. Anyway, I left a message for her to call me because I wanted to talk to her about my visit. I didn’t go into details. I just asked her to call me. It’s been a week and a day since I left that last message, and I still haven’t received a call. I would have thought if they were as caring as they claim to be, someone would have called me when I walked out so visibly upset, but definitely after I called them the next day to talk about it. They don’t care! They want your money, and that’s what they care about. Oh, they also care about their Google reviews, so I’m sure they’ll come up with 10,000 reasons why this isn’t their fault now. Before you go to Dr Kaplansky ( who’s probably some guy living on a beach in Hawaii ), just know, they won’t extract the tooth the same day, but they will extract your money the same day if that’s what you’re looking for.
