I just want to get a shout out to Nick and Shelby at Snooze Mattress in Woodland Park Colorado for their TLC with helping me find the best mattress that worked for me. They were very professional, patient and extremely kind to me. They are not at any level pushy sales people. You see I have pain issues so sleeping is very important especially for health recovery. I needed to sleep without waking up in pain.I ended up trying their “Dream Mapping System” that maps your body pressure points so they could know which mattresses to steer me towards. I ended up buying a medium Beauty Rest mattress.I highly recommend if you need new mattress that they are the right people to work with. Besides living in a small town and wanting to shop and support local businesses. I am so grateful to them.Now I am sleeping though the night.Sondra

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service at Snooze Mattress. My back has turned me into Princess and the Pea, and finding a firm enough mattress for me that my husband can tolerate for more than 4 hrs has been a challenge. Shelby was extremely patient and went way beyond what she had to, to find me the right mattress. They delivered when they said and the delivery men were quick, competent and professional. I appreciate her and Snooze Mattress and highly recommend them.

PHENOMENAL experience at Snooze Mattress in Woodland Park!I hadn’t purchased a mattress in forever, so walking into a bigger-ticket decision had me a little nervous. But Shelby and Nick made the entire process feel easy, supportive, and honestly… kind of fun!They walked me through their Dream Mapping and (shockingly!) it showed I needed a plush mattress — a far cry from the extra firm mattress I’d been loyal to for years. They explained everything clearly and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.One thing that really eased my mind was the 3-month guarantee that comes with purchasing a mattress topper. If I wasn’t happy, they would replace the mattress 100%. That alone made my heart relax and helped me confidently say YES to the right fit.Shelby kept me updated on the ETA and delivery every step of the way, which I appreciated so much. And when my mattress came in, Nick and another team member delivered it right away, worked around my schedule, set it up quickly, and hauled the old one off without any hassle.From start to finish, Snooze Mattress in Woodland Park was incredible.
