After getting some new/used tires put on at a shop across the street from Zack’s and asking tire shop if they knew of a place for an alignment, they suggested Zack’s and after calling them, dropping the name of the used car shop’s rep, Zack said he could give me a decent price and to call back after the tires were put on and he’d see if he could take me. I did, and he was able to take me right away. He did a quick inspection and did find a couple of issues (which I did know about already) but I told him that I didn’t have it in my budget to fix right then, after he gave me a quick quote. Zach made the suggestion for these other issues, but wasn’t pushy, he was understanding and said they could still do the alignment…without fixing the other issues. Alignment was done in about 30min.
