I want to say a huge thank you to both April and Manlee Chavez for all of their amazing resources in the Driven Livin' courses.
Over the course of several evenings my insomnia had triumphed once again, leaving my mind racing all through the night with no rest. This evening, as the hours raced by, I grew more and more determined to find at least one way I could be productive and give back to myself in this time. I remembered your app and your course and jumped head first in. I watched every video and made it through all the lessons in the test drive and then found myself in the discussion board. I was looking through all the amazing posts and resources. I quickly followed the links, put on a meditation and found myself more relaxed, at peace and truly ready for rest. My body stopped feeling the stress of the day and I felt my shoulders release tension, my jaw unclench and my furrowed brow relax. I found myself beginning to drift off. And I am ever so grateful!
I have set my alarm for 12:34pm everyday of the week now and will find my way back to the Pull Over playlist to begin making this a part of my routine!
