I walked into Mod Box for the first time yesterday with a healthy budget, looking to purchase an art studio to place on my family’s land. Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly disappointing.The salesperson was clearly unhappy to be interrupted—judging by the unmade bed in the back, it felt like I had literally woken him up from a nap. He was dismissive and gave very short answers to my questions. When I asked a basic question about the approximate square footage, he condescendingly told me, "45,000 won't get you into one of these, there are added costs... I don't know, but I guess I can figure it out for you."I immediately told him no thank you. If I am looking to make a $45,000 to $60,000 purchase, I expect to do business with someone who actually wants it and is willing to answer basic questions. So I will gladly take my budget elsewhere.

From what I see this is the future of housing. MOD BOX have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom AND 3 bedroom tini houses that actually seemed quite large when you go inside. They are not what I thought they would be from watching TV and YouTube on tiny houses. The salespeople are not pushy or intrusive at all. It is definitely worth a visit to see these small, tiny homes which are not really so tiny when you see them. Mod Box is the future...
