2023: I came here after a traumatic transition (moved from Texas to Minnesota), and talk about culture shock. Even worse, we moved in the winter. When I came across CFUS I was in the worst shape I have ever been in, in my entire life. I was up 10-12lbs, and had accumulated so much unwanted body fat. I was looking to drop weight and get toned again, and fast. In just 3 months, CFUS helped me set realistic personal goals to get me where I need to be. Now, I am more confident and comfortable with my appearance and my form. I enjoy working with such an amazing crew, whom I continue to learn from daily. I even joined a competition recently hosted by CFUS. As if all this is not reason enough to join the crew, they also have a super cool scale that gives you a breakdown of body fat and muscle mass. Talk about accountability! Highly recommend!2024 UPDATE: Another year has passed, and I am happy to report I remain on track with my health/fitness journey thanks to CFUS Fitness! This year, I am MUCH leaner thanks to the 3 Strength Programs I have completed through CFUS. Regarding results, well, let’s just say my body fat percentage is down 4% just from the last year! I could not be more pleased with the overall services, programs, coaching, staff and community! Bonus, I moved to MN from TX with zero family to speak of and now have acquired an entire new family with CFUS! I heart CFUS and everything it represents foreva! Highly recommend!2025 UPDATE: Another year, more growth, new skills, new goals all thanks to CFUS and the excellent coaching! I am stronger than I have ever been in my ENTIRE life, and I have been lifting since I was 16. I finally felt confident enough to register for the Crossfit Open for the very first time EVER (my crossfit journey began mid 2022). Consistency is key, but having access to amazing coaching and programming makes all the difference. I would give CFUS 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!2026 UPDATE: Still crushing goals despite a very humbling year. Though I have sustained a couple of minor injuries (my body reminding me I am no spring chicken, almost 40, so dial it back a little), I continue to actively participate in most, if not all, WOD’s. This year, I am extra appreciative of the fact all WOD’s are 100% scalable. Excellent coaching and programming has enabled me to remain active while being cognizant of my limits. 5/5 stars all day, highly recommend.
