First impressions count for so much. I have had one pool based coaching session, where I am desperate to swim properly and be able to go the distance. From pre-pool chat to the guidance shared in the pool, the experience has been awesome. You can see the passion in their eyes and hear it in their voice, they love what they do, and even more they love sharing their expertise. The whole group were normal humans like me, not elite athlete with chiseled physiques, but normal people wanting to become a little bit better. Those at Do3 are approachable, knowledgably and welcoming and I cant wait to learn, become better and have lots of fun in the process.I highly recommend Do3 for anyone wanting to improve technique or just into Triathlon, it is not as scary as some may think , with many events tailored to those wishing to do really short runs, with pool based swims. A lot of fun!

From feeling a bit daunted walking in to a pool full of what looked like super-fit seasoned triathletes, I was immediately made to feel very welcome by Anita and reassured that I could take my first lesson at a pace that was comfortable for me. Friendly and encouraging, I loved the instruction and felt that I had improved my front crawl technique even after one lesson! I will be back!

I have been only 3 times so far, but I already can say that the Do3 coaching team is excellent at what they’re doing. From the first moment the coaches and other participants are very welcoming. At the start I was pretty nervous as I wasn’t sure if I was good enough, after a quick chat with Corinne, she grouped me with people of a similar ability and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and she gave me some great tips in terms of swimming. From that moment I knew that I am in right place with right people. I am super pleased with every session, I would highly recommend Do3 to anyone, from the beginners to experienced athletes. Such a great bunch of peephole! 🫶🏻

I’ve been twice now and can honestly say that I’ve been welcomed by Corrine and the group, and although I’m at the start of my swim journey, I have not been made to feel out of place. The feedback has been focused and constructive and I’m now looking at how I can build these sessions into my week. Can’t wait to get back!

I’ve been with Do3 for 11 months now. After doing my first 70.3 1 year ago I took on the journey of a Full Ironman. David and Corinne have been amazing in not only doing my programming but teaching me about what’s realistic, training zones to train in, power (watts), swims sets and all the fancy dynamics. After breaking my jaw 6 weeks prior to the event I still managed to do it in 10:27. They look at how much time I have and help me still balance life with training which is very difficult! Under their coaching I just redid the same 70.3 from 12 months ago and went from 4:53 to 4:32. Very pleased and would highly recommend them. All my coaching has been via zoom too since I live in Australia and they are in England.
