We contacted Michael to help us as part of a house renovation, we had an idea we would need a full house rewire. Michael arranged for a home visit to survey and offer advice on work to be undertaken. Michael was knowledgeable, answered all questions and walked us through process from quote to completion of the job. Michael and his team were brilliant, they were efficient, tidy and completed the work in agreed timeframe that also included the plasterer. We did come across a couple of issues which were due to the age of our house, Michael kept in contact and advised us to allow other issues to be planned for work which we really appreciated. My house needed rewired due to old electrics. I knew it was a daunting task and didn’t know where to start.After looking at ML Electrical Rewiring’s reviews and their Instagram page I got Michael out to quote and to discuss my requirements. I had so many questions and he was happy to answer them all putting my mind at ease. I knew straight away this was the company I wanted to carry out my rewire.Out of the 3 quotes I received ML Electrical Rewiring’s was most competitive. The price was broken down and there was no hidden charges. They also carried out plaster repairs which was done to a high standard.The guys covered all my furniture and carpets. I had popped my head in to see how everything was going. I knew they had to cut channels into the walls but couldn’t believe how neat everything was. Michael and the team clearly take pride in their work!We also made some last minute changes to socket and switch positions but nothing was a problem for them.Communication was great, Michael kept in touch throughout the rewire - before, during and after. Once they had finished he done a final walkthrough to make sure we were happy with the everything. The house was left spotless and they even removed all the rubbish saving me a big trip to the dump.The team were polite, professional and efficient.
