Evan and Charlie were extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Charlie came to my car and carried my computer in for me (I walk with a cane). They explained everything so that I understood what was wrong with it. They finished the work in a day and charged me the price they quoted, which was very reasonable.
