I’ll start by saying that I cannot believe I’m having to write this review.12 years ago I took heirloom jewelry that I had inherited to be restored and Jeffery did an amazing job. He was so kind, and I felt I could trust him.I recently moved back to the area and brought in a rosary with two antique charms that needed to be restored. The rosary was (obviously) beaded, and had two other pieces that I called out were not sterling silver and that they should not be touched.My husband picked up the rosary, paid the cleaning fee and Jeffery gave him no indication that anything was wrong.When I got home, I looked at the rosary and it had been all but destroyed. It must have been dipped in some sort of chemical solution because the finish had been completely stripped from most of the beads, the two non-sterling pieces had been stripped back to the base medals, and when I took the rosary apart to re-make it with new materials, pieces of what looked like pencil lead fell out from the beads.I’ve emailed Jeffery 6 times over the last 3 weeks with zero response. I finally got ahold of him on the phone but he was on vacation and still did not offer an apology, an explanation of what may have happened, or any meaningful resolution, other than he’d look at it but probably couldn’t re-dip the pieces.I completely understand that mistakes happen and was still planning to use him as my jeweler when I initially discovered the mistake. However the complete lack of ownership, unwillingness to make things right, and being entirely ignored has eroded my trust and I can no longer recommend his services.Jewelry is a business of trust. The pieces you are selling and restoring are more than materials. They are memories and hopes and dreams and love. This level of disregard for destroying a piece of jewelry is completely unacceptable.At a minimum I’d like my $10 back and an apology, since repairing and replacing the rosary myself has now cost me almost $70.

Jeffrey B’s Jewelers deserves six stars! I came in with no idea what I wanted, but Jeff worked some AutoCAD magic and created the perfect 2-carat ring for my fiancée. I can’t believe how fast they got it done—other jewelers told me it couldn’t be done, but Jeff and his son Christian made it happen. Jeffrey has done two jewelry repairs for me over a span of five years. I thought so much of the work he did restringing 30 year old pearls when he was located in Cherry Creek that I drove fromDenver to Parker to have him restring 60 year old pearls. His work was done quickly and for a fair price. I will return to Parker whenever I need the services of a jeweler. (Besides which he is very personable so it is a pleasure to deal with him.)
