Customer service on the phone and in-person always outstanding. The dental assistants are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they like their jobs and their employer. The docs I’ve met with are always kind, informative, great bedside manner and explain thoroughly. Outstanding experience. No pretentiousness I’ve gotten from other dental providers. My old office—I felt like an imposition. The front desk ladies would largely ignore you or make you feel stupid for not understanding a bill and didn’t take their time to answer questions. It had an “us against them” feel.” They had no warmth and it wasn’t welcoming. This experience is entirely different. Go to Advance Dental!

I went in for a consult, and was treated well by the friendly staff, from the front desk through seeing the doctor and until I walked out of the facility.I am like many and I don’t really like going to the dentist, but I am almost looking forward to getting my dental issues addressed, starting next week.
