Worked last year with Seaside Renovation to do a major remodel of a 1700's farmhouse. When it came to demo, framing, ceilings/floors, they did great work. We needed to raise ceilings, put in a staircase that was to code, create a great room out of several small rooms and open up the entire attic floor. The end result was simply lovely. Thor works well with subcontractors, coordinates everyone as needed and knows who to hire based on the job. He is also a creative problem-solver.
