I booked a nonstop flight at Tampa International and contacted Island Transportation to get us to Sarasota Airport to pick up my rental what a find!!!Jeremy was our driver picked us up and please note he had bottled water set up for us! I booked transport to and from Tampa Airport. My pickup time was 5:30 AM, Daniel kept me informed and was right on time, very pleasant. Same with the return trip. They gave me directions when I got my baggage, I texted what door I was at and he was there within minutes. I couldn't have asked for a smoother or better service. Island Time was exceptional. Don kept me informed every step of the way as did our drivers. Jeremy picked us up in Sarasota to Tampa Airport. He was on time, courteous, professional and friendly. Emmett picked us up 10 days later for our ride home. Also professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable and avoided the headache of parking at TPA. Our travel plans to fly back to SRQ got altered and "autobooked" to return to TPA. I found Island Time Transport on the web and inquired about getting a ride from TPA to SRQ with only 6 hours lead time. After using there web site I got a response within minutes. They were able to get me the ride I needed. At that point, we (my wife and I) were elated. Our driver Jeremy was extremely helpful setting up the pickup location at TPA. Our wait at TPA was a minute or so and he picked us up. This was our first time using Island Time Transport and Jeremy gave us great insight into how they work and how we may use them more. What started out as a travel headache, ended up with a very pleasant ending. I highly recommend Island Time Transport and Jeremy our driver.

Island Time Transport came through on short notice after our original driver cancelled the day before our flight. Don was very responsive on the phone, and he arranged for Jeremy to pick us up the next day. It was nice to get text messages so we knew who was coming, and having a description of the car. Can’t be too safe these days! Jeremy was on time, loaded our luggage, and was very friendly. His car was nice and clean. Will definitely use Island Time Transport for future trips.
