We’ve had various problem areas that several other companies have done a poor job with. Jason and the team not only did a great job but they did it quickly! Highly recommend!We hired Exact Exteriors to fix the roof structure of our newly purchased home. The roof was sagging, and the ceiling in the room sagged down dangerously. It all felt very unsafe. We hired an engineer to come up with a plan to rectify the situation and simultaneously vault the ceiling. Then, a friend recommended Exact Exteriors for the job.Jason came out, assessed the situation, gave us a quote, and worked closely with us to make sure the plan was exactly what we were looking for. Then we met the whole team at our home and discussed the plan.Work started in mid February and moved along according to plan. Mario and Josh took care of the demolition and got the roof fortified and structurally sound in less than a week. In fact, Mario came out the day before the big blizzard (on a Sunday) to make sure we were in good shape to weather the storm, which is something that I found really underscored this company’s commitment to success. Randy also went out of his way to get us a roof rake when all the hardware stores were sold out of everything. True commitment to customer satisfaction.Fast forward to the end of March, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They took a dangerous room in our house and turned it into our new favorite room that wows every guest who walks into the room.I would highly recommend Exact Exteriors for this sort of work. Despite their name, they are quite capable of more than exteriors.

Remodeling is a huge undertaking . Exact contractors Jason and Randy were absolutely wonderful coordinating all of the crew to make sure that steps toward the goal of achieving a beautiful new dining room and breezeway were seamless . The craftwork is exquisite. The staff is timely and professional . All steps were taken to insure I was happy with the work as it progressed and that any bumps along the way were felt with immediately without any issues. Having an older home with great bones requiring constant maintenance and improvements requires the attention and dedication of a truly committed group in contractors , subcontractors and staff . Jason came recommended by a friend to address ice damming that was spanning a good portion of my home. He showed up within 30 minutes of my call and he and his son cleared all of the snow as well as a bunch of built up ice in no time. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I was pleased to learn he is a licensed GC. I look forward to working with him on other house projects in the near future. Highly recommend.
