earlier in the day we had our car checked at a different company before a multi state trip. the other company made some errors that arose several hours into our trip. we brought it over to Garner as we were driving through Raleigh, he diagnosed the problem quickly and the repairs to fix what the other shop messed up were very affordable. we appreciate what they did for us, our vacation went off without any other hitches. we are very grateful for their hospitality and professionalism

I am so glad I found this garage for my VW's. People are awesome, unpretentious and know their stuff. Been here multiple times and they are very good to diagnose and do great work. I LOVE driving my car and I love that I can trust them to do it right. Can't beat their prices, ANYWHERE.

Last hope for a 2011 Audi A4. Repairs many times exceed the value on older vehicles. This was not any different from early quotes. I’ve used Garner German Garage for several years now, they’ve serviced all of my VW’s. I have found their work to be thorough and consistent, and their prices are reasonable. I don’t trust any other mechanics to service my vehicles.

We had a steering rack control module replaced on our Tiguan. He got the part and replaced it with no problems. Great guy, great mechanic, good prices and overall a great experience. I think I found a new mechanic. I will definitely be coming back in the future if needed. They even have a cute puppy named Denali. Thank you so much.
