The best experience I have ever had getting my Audi A3 TDI fixed. Not only is Ricky knowledgeable he is courteous and kind.I called looking to have my engine checked for fluid leakage. Though I initially got voicemail, he called me right back. He set an appointment but also told me that I could come by for a quick check THAT DAY to see if it was just condensation from the AC. Honestly I was anxious as I was told by someone else that I was in danger of catching fire... that turned out not to be the case, thank the Lord. I had a small feul leak.Came back for my appointment on Tuesday and had the best experience. He was working by himself and allowed me to sit and wait for the repairs in the waiting room. Even offered me a water and told me I could use the TV...if thats not service I dont know what is. Car was fixed promptly and, as he said he would, he checked the engine for any other possible concerns. He explained everything clearly: from the issue(s) to its effect on drivabilty to cost ... everything. Never pushing just informing. Made me feel like this was a collaborative effort to get the care where it needed to be. Best service I've ever received. Most welcoming shop I've been to. All the good stuff. He's good people for sure.

I have used Ricky and his team for over a year with my 2012 VW EOS Komfort which has has quite the lot of problems from other garages or general repairs and i’ve always had a great experience with GGG. From oil leaks, to needing my car towed in the first time I used GGG, they have been fantastic. My repairs have always had reasonable pricing and great turn around times. Ricky is super personable and knowledgeable, communicative, and over all does a great job. After a full starter and alternator replacement, huge repairs to the oil system, some quick oil changes, and some heating repairs, there’s no one else i’d trust with this car. 10/10 would recommend checking them out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 RecommendationHad my Jetta overheat and got it towed to AAA Car Care. They ran a water pump test and quoted me $1600 for a replacement and an oil change. I decided to take it to Garner Garage, and I couldn’t be happier that I did.Their communication was phenomenal from start to finish. They tested the water pump themselves and correctly diagnosed the issue as a bad sensor instead. They replaced that sensor, a solenoid that was keeping my check engine light on, replaced seals under my transmission, and did an oil change — all for $1200.To top it off, the tow truck driver lost my keys during transit to Garner Garage. The team handled the situation directly, got a new key ordered for me, and even offered replacement gun lock keys after hearing I lost mine.Extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and above-and-beyond service. I’ll only take my car to them from now on.
