Mr Knowledge helped me and momma kindly to look for her for a nice long lasting mattress. Momma had alot of back problems and had to go constantly to physio and Dr's to help her with hip and back pain. After purchasing a good and reliable quality mattress momma had not need to go back to Dr's and physiotherapy. Bed King had a lab to test her pressure points immediately and also explained nicely how the mechanism work of the mattress and the typical foam and how to make sure you are taken care of. Also buying the new mattress was such a good investment because they gave us a two year guaranty and also a two week period to test if this was the right fit for momma. They can make an exchange if this was not to your needs. Also we purchased the mattress and the base on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday evening around 5-6pm reasons being traffic from Johannesburg and there was a strike which caused the two hours delay. We bought 2 mattresses from Bed King Claremont. Was assisted by Nazreen. She took us through the whole process and share her expertise with us. After we received the mattresses, I was found mattress not soft enough. I went to talk to her again and she kindly offered to exchange the mattress. Nazreen made me realise just how simple men can be. Never have I ever been a person to even care what kind of bed I slept on, as long as I could put my head down and sleep. We then never realise the impact this also has on us physically, by not allowing our bodies to rest comfortably. I did a lab test, yes, a LAB TEST in store to determine the best mattress for my body.
