They use an impressive science-based 'laboratory' as the basis for advice to customers on what mattresses will be best for them in promoting healthy sleep. We found this system very accurate in identifying our sleep-needs, and in fact learned things that we had not realised about our sleep-patterns. We took our time to reach a decision but Damian's patience on the shop-floor, as well as his efficient and informative communication via email, made the process interesting and fruitful.
