The technician from AHT, Hector Parada checked out my shutter because it apparently wasn’t working properly. After looking into the issue, he told me that the way I was holding the remote when I raised or lowered the shutter was causing it to not work properly. Apparently when I was trying to raise it or lower it, my finger was hitting the stop button as well as the raise button. We have experienced this problem for some time but the other technicians that have come out never figured out what the problem was. Thank you Hector for checking everything out and explaining the problem to me. Hector was great, I really appreciate his dedication to fixing the problem.

The install of our motorized storm shutters with AHT yesterday was spot on. From the first visit with Steve to the install date we were kept abreast of the status of our delivery . Our install occurred in this Florida heat and our installers Alex and Carlos were very professional and answered all questions that we had. The electricians were also very professional and did a great job.Our county inspection occurred last week . The inspector stated that this was an excellent install. Today Hector and Jose came to do the final touch ups and what a great job they did. Everyone that has worked on this install has been very professional and nice. We received a good report and suggested that we lower and raise them periodically to extend the life of the motors. Great job.
