They are all incredibly professional, have great workmanship and I’m very happy with the product (door and motorized screen).Update to review 3 stars to 4 stars.After the install we did have some issues and the team was incredible quick and professional in their response and made everything right. The office manager who previously gave me a hard time was much more pleasant to deal with.

Apparatus is great. Good parts. But installation and expertise matter. They failed to install it correctly the first day, now door is jammed. They didn’t secure ground cable, used incorrect outlets. Not even two days old and door is jammed.gaps on the door as well, structural integrity if hurricane seeps in thru the gaps.

La instalacion ha tomado mas de 3 dias. Alllegar siempre se les ha quedado algo. Instaladores muy amables pero aun asi la instalacion ha tomado mas de lo previsto. Vendedora Moreno fue excelente y servicial pero luego delpago no contesto mas mensajes. Aun quedan unos detalles por terminar.

AHT has done work for me on my hurricane shutters on 3 occasions. First, repair and maintenance of my accordian shutters. Second, replacement of a damaged motorized aluminum roll down shutter with motorized roll down screen shutter. Third, preventative maintenance of all my shutters. They have always done a great quality efficient job. The technicians are always courteous and friendly. I will use them in the future
