I recently had an issue with my hurricane shutters. AHT sent out two top notch technicians who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I don‘t have much knowledge about shutters but I know amazing customer service when I see it. My wife and I are very pleased with our second experience with AHT (initially AHT installed 5 Hurricane screens and 6 accordion shutters). Our second experience focused on the installation of 11 impact rated windows. After Steve did a great job with the sales end Jose, Jay and their support staff took over with the installation, which of course included taking out our old windows…an effort that provided somewhat of a challenge! All of the windows fit without any issues due in part to Jose and Jay’s installation skills…also, the measurements of the openings was done with great precision. The installation crew, managed by Jose, were also all respectful of our home making sure that our property was protected at all times from all that encompassed the removal of our old windows and the installation of the 11 new windows on both our first floor and 2nd floor of our house…We were so pleased that there were absolutely no issues with our white carpet…great job guys! The windows look great…Jay, great job cleaning all of the windows…my wife really appreciated the cleaning process! Not only do the new windows look great but they also withstood their first watertightness test during our recent hard rain without issue! In conclusion my wife and I highly recommend AHT for windows and more importantly we are thankful for the care and respect the team displayed as they dealt with the removal and installation of 11 windows! …cglancy

Jose Sanchez and Jay arrived early and on time in the morning to install our new storm door. I appreciate the fact that they arrived early because they did their best to keep hot air from entering the house while they removed the old door and installed the new one. (They even put up a temporary barrier between the work area to keep out dust and insects from entering our living room!) Jose and Jay were very courteous, pleasant and respectful to my wife and I. They took their time during the door installation and were very competent in every step in the installation process. We were impressed that they did not "rush" the job. They took their time to install it right. When they determined that they needed an extension to the metal threshold to complete the project, they found one locally at a hardware store in order to complete the project the same day. Jose and Jay cleaned up after themselves during and after the installation, leaving no debris or dust behind! Cindy and I were very impressed with these young men.Isaiah and his AHT Shutter coworker did an excellent job installing our hurricane accordion shutters! They were very courteous and hard working. They communicated with me throughout the entire installation process. They cleaned up their work area leaving everything spotless. I was very impressed with their work ethic, along with the finished product!Overall, Cindy and I would definitely recommend AHT! From our interactions with Steve the Sales Rep., to the Office Staff, Project Supervisor, to the installation crews, they are all trustworthy, professional, competent, courteous and above all a "great group of people" to do business with.
