The install of our motorized storm shutters with AHT yesterday was spot on. From the first visit with Steve to the install date we were kept abreast of the status of our delivery . Our install occurred in this Florida heat and our installers Alex and Carlos were very professional and answered all questions that we had. The electricians were also very professional and did a great job.Our county inspection occurred last week . The inspector stated that this was an excellent install. Today Hector and Jose came to do the final touch ups and what a great job they did. Everyone that has worked on this install has been very professional and nice. Great job everyone!Bobbie snd Steve S.10/6 /26. Our inspection of our shutters was today. Hector and his assistant did an excellent job making sure that everything was functioning like it should. We received a good report and suggested that we lower and raise them periodically to extend the life of the motors. Great job.

Apparatus is great. Good parts. But installation and expertise matter. They failed to install it correctly the first day, now door is jammed. They didn’t secure ground cable, used incorrect outlets. Not even two days old and door is jammed.gaps on the door as well, structural integrity if hurricane seeps in thru the gaps.Follow up: after they came to repair 9/14. The door that failed to roll up. It failed again a today.Do not buy. If they can’t replace the entire door and get me a working one I better get a full refund and they can keep the trash.

The sales person I worked with, Steve, the crew that did the install, which included Alex and Carlos - all did amazing work. They are all incredibly professional, have great workmanship and I’m very happy with the product (door and motorized screen).Update to review 3 stars to 4 stars. After the install we did have some issues and the team was incredible quick and professional in their response and made everything right. The office manager who previously gave me a hard time was much more pleasant to deal with.

AHT is a great company. Maria was a joy to work with and was on top of my needs. If you want to choose a great hurricane shutter company that’s very competitive in price, try them and be sure to ask for Maria. She is the most knowledgeable person that will help you in any way. I was very impressed with her and their work!

AHT has done work for me on my hurricane shutters on 3 occasions. First, repair and maintenance of my accordian shutters. Second, replacement of a damaged motorized aluminum roll down shutter with motorized roll down screen shutter. Third, preventative maintenance of all my shutters. They have always done a great quality efficient job. The technicians are always courteous and friendly. I will use them in the future
