Great experience dropping in at Crossfit FBG! The coach and members were super welcoming. The equipment was in great shape, very clean, and excellent facilities for showering. Also, i like that they list out the WODs for the week on the board. Programming was really solid! Highly recommend.

My wife and I were in town celebrating her milestone birthday. We have both been cold plunging for over 2 years, and needed a place to keep our practice going. We reached out to CrossFit FBG and they literally opened the gym for us. The owner, Hailey, said they were all out of town for a competition but kindly arranged to have someone meet us there so we could do a "Fire & Ice" session. Thank you Hailey for being awesome and for helping make our weekend amazing!

I’ve done CrossFit for several years and I have visited many gyms, and CF FBG is one of the best facilities I have ever been to. Very clean equipment, which I feel is a very under appreciated aspect of any gym. Coaches are awesome. The workouts humble you. The community is fantastic. I’m only here for a few days and everyone has been very welcoming and you don’t feel left out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I dropped in while I was out of town and had such a great experience at Crossfit FBG! Everyone was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was awesome… positive, energetic, and really motivating. Coach Hailey was great! She was super supportive, gave clear guidance, and made sure I felt comfortable & welcome. The facility was clean & organized. I’m so glad I stopped by and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
