CrossFit FBG in Fredericksburg is a fantastic gym. The facility is a nice size with plenty of room to move, super clean, and very well kept. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for CrossFit, and the whole place feels organized and welcoming. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete, the environment supports every skill level. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Dropped in after driving all day, leaving Albuquerque @5am MT arriving just in time for 5:30pm CT class.There was plenty of space to park the truck and travel trailer. was immediately welcomed, the work out was tough, especially after the long drive but definitely needed to get moving.Thanks CFBG

Great experience dropping in at Crossfit FBG! The coach and members were super welcoming. The equipment was in great shape, very clean, and excellent facilities for showering. Also, i like that they list out the WODs for the week on the board. Programming was really solid! Highly recommend.
